Descriptions

The Holiday flat

A by French standards very large 2-room apartment. From the living room and the bedroom large French windows open onto the terrace (about 14 square meters), which represents an ideal "summer salon" thanks to a nationwide awning and with its wooden floor. There is a Weber electric grill, 2 loungers with mattresses and table and chairs.

From the entrance of the apartment, turn right into the completely new, attractive bathroom with shower, toilet, large washbasin made of blue marble and all-over mirrored wall. Separately switchable halogen spots in the ceiling.

To the left of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with dining area (table and two chairs), in which not the smallest cooking utensils are missing. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespesso machine and kettle are available - as well as fridge and own freezer. Here is also the new spa for gas heating and hot water.

Kitchen and bathroom have large sliding windows with new slatted blinds. Thanks to the "double exposure" of the apartment, it will never be too hot even in summer.

Living room: two leather armchairs Rolf Benz, glass table, modern chairs, chic red leather sofa with slatted frame, becomes with a handle to the French bed with 140 cm lying surface.

The apartment is located on the quiet side of the road from Mandelieu to Théoule in a quiet cul de sac ("quartier résidentiel").
From the living room + bedroom as well as from the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Esterel mountains with beautiful sunsets.
On the other side of this "appartement traversant" is the view of the hinterland of the "Côte" and the often snow-covered Maritime Alps.

The condominium is fenced, the access portal opens by remote control or with an access code.
In the slightly lowered EC there is a large garage, which also offers space for two smaller cars. Golf luggage can be parked here comfortably.

To the large shopping center "Géant" there are two minutes by car, in the center 3 minutes, to the next beaches (Mandelieu and La Napoule) 5-8 minutes. Cannes and the luxury beaches of the Croisette can be reached in 15 minutes, the west lying Théoule-sur-Mer
in max. 10 mins. There are numerous smaller (public + private) beaches and small bays.

A few hundred meters away from the residence is the well-known golf course "Mandelieu Old Course" with its two 18-hole courses. A few minutes to the hinterland there is the newer golf course "Riviera" with a beautiful clubhouse, good restaurant and wine shop. Within a radius of
20 to 30 minutes by car, there are about ten more places, including some of the most beautiful in the entire region, such as Cannes-Mougins, until a few years ago venue of the "Open de France".

For check-in, check-out and end-cleaning a flat rate of € 90 will be charged (with the rental payment).
