Description
Our house has been lovingly furnished for 6 adults and has 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living, dining and cooking area with an open kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable eating, from a casserole dish to a corkscrew and a lemon squeezer. Dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster as well as kettle are of course also available. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. In the open living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair or watch TV. Furthermore, the ground floor has a bathroom with toilet and shower. The first of the three bedrooms is also on the ground floor and is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with another double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other bedroom has 2 single beds (200x90cm). The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a Hauck baby cot for your baby (< 2 years), which we will be happy to provide free of charge on request. Of course, there is also a bathroom upstairs with a large shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer as well as a washing machine.
In the sunny gallery you can read the available books or play or paint at the table. We have also thought about the safety of our little guests and have installed a staircase safety device.
If it gets too warm on the beach, you can relax in the garden, which is hardly visible. There is always a quiet corner to set up a deck chair and a barbecue is available for the evening.
A lockable wooden shed is available for your own bicycles or beach equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located just behind the dune, and you can reach the beach in 100 m. Here you will find one of the widest sandy beaches on Usedom. There is something for every taste (textile, naturist, sports beach, beach chairs, volleyball, amber seekers). The water is very shallow in many places and therefore ideal for smaller children. The older ones can romp on the sandbanks in front of the beach and the adults can swim in peace and quiet in the supervised bathing area.
Karlshagen is an ideal starting point for numerous boat trips on the Achterwasser or the Baltic Sea, cycling tours on beautiful cycle paths and forest tracks, extended walks on the beach, in the dune forest, the meadows, dyke paths or on the Achterwasser, fishing trips or even horse riding in the nearby riding school
Horse riding at the nearby equestrian centre.
Boat owners can moor their boats in the Karlshagen or Peenemünde marinas.
In the village there are various supermarkets, many restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors, a petrol station, a guest house, mini-golf, surf and boat rental and much more to make your holiday enjoyable.
It is not necessary to travel by car, the nearest railway station is approx. 800m away.

| The municipality charges visitor's tax, which has to be paid on site. You can book 2 towels for 10€ and bed linen for 12€ from the house manager. If available, you can also book 2 bicycles with the house manager for a maintenance fee of 20€ per week. |

Nice of you to drop by, we would like to introduce ourselves briefly: For years we had the problem of finding a larger and well-equipped holiday flat for our family with 2 children. This should finally be over and after a long search we found a dream flat in the Dünenresidenz Karlshagen. Since the holiday flat cannot be fully occupied even with many friends, we would like to rent it to you. Since the air at the Baltic Sea is so wonderfully clear, we want to keep it that way in the flat as well and therefore only rent to non-smokers. Due to allergy problems, we unfortunately cannot accept pets. We ask for your understanding. We want our guests to come back from their holiday satisfied and full of energy. Please let us know what you missed during your stay in the flat or what could be done better.
