Location and surroundings of object
The Kyll is 142 km long and offers trained canoeists many challenges, especially in the Spring. In the Summer the Kyll brings mostly too little water to make longer trips possible. Beginners and practised sports fishermen can fly fish to their hearts content in the Kyll (often with permit).
At St. Thomas there is a nature path (2,5 km) which is especially enthralling for children to walk in. For the more adventurous hikers, there is the devils cleft at Ernzen (32 km from Malberg). You can hike here, via a narrow path, between boulders of more than 20 m. high. For the cyclist, there are many possibilities to discover the lovely landscape. The mountainbiker can enjoy it fully on the small unpaved paths through the woods. For the long distance cyclists, there is a route outlined along the entire Kyll. Malberg is situated in the beautiful Kylltal, a lovely dale with many idyllic villages, situated along the river the Kyll. From Malberg there are many hiking routes set out.

3 times super tightly packed
We were at the Altes Pfarrhaus for the third time. It is a very impressive house and you feel like a king with the grand staircase, the hallway, and the stately entrance. The owners keep the house in tip-top shape and there is always something new every year. We are already looking forward to next time! Goodbye!!

Family weekend
We spent a long weekend in the old vicarage and were thrilled! Everything exactly as it looks in the photos. Mr Welter conjured up a great three-course menu for my father's birthday. I can only recommend that too! We enjoyed it very much there!

No good service
In all bedrooms, as well as in the hallway of the attic, the smoke detectors are missing. I wanted to report that, but the property manager could not be reached by phone, neither on landline nor on mobile; there was also no response to a text message. Therefore, only a poor rating for the service.
There should be a pool and a grill in the garden, which were not available. There were only 2 loungers for a 16-person house. The lighting in the living room was so dim that you couldn't read in the dark. I couldn't find the fitness room. The wellness area is located in the basement with a low ceiling - about 1.90m. It is well equipped with a sauna, an infrared cabin, and a whirlpool.
The kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms, as well as the dining area in the garden, were very nice.
Overall, at least the hallway in the attic is in need of some renovation.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich bemüht haben Ihre Bewertung abzugeben. Schade, dass Sie nicht 100% zufrieden mit uns waren. Wir sind eigentlich an 5 Punkte gewöhnt, aber Ihre Anmerkungen machen uns wieder aufmerksam. Dass Sie der Verwalterin nicht erreichen konnten, das ist mein Fehler. Nicht in allen Dokumenten stand das richtige Handynummer. Das habe ich vor 3 Wochen bemerkt und geändert. Sie hatten noch alte Dokumente bekommen. Meine Entschuldigung.
Es gibt im Garten einen Whirlpool. Der Grill kann man bestellen. Sie haben über unserem eigenen Webseite gebucht und konnten auf den Bildern genau sehen was im Haus und im Garten ist. Wir finden es wichtig, dass es keine falschen Erwartungen gibt. Die Deckenhöhe im Keller ist niedrig, aber für die meiste Menschen in Ordnung. Ein Sauna kann da stehen und ist nie höher als 1,90 oder 2 Meter.
Wir hatten noch nie Anmerkungen über das Licht im Wohnzimmer bekommen, aber wir werden schauen ob ein paar extra Lampen dahin zu stellen sind. Das ganze Haus wird jedes Jahr beurteilt und alles erneut was notwendig ist. Der Flur im Dachgeschoss ist neulich renoviert, es gibt aber seit letztes Jahr Salzschlag hoch an einer Wand. Es wurde untersucht, aber keine Ursache gefunden. Wir werden im Winter sehen, ob wir es beseitigen können.
Ich hoffe, dass Sie trotz diese Anmerkungen doch einen schönen Urlaub im Alten Pfarrhaus hatten. Sie können auch immer Ihre Anmerkungen gleich an der Verwalterin oder an uns schreiben. Wir bemühen uns immer es allen Recht zu machen. Hoffentlich kommen Sie nochmals zu uns und werden wir denn 5 Punkte von Ihnen bekommen.
