Casa Rafael is a family house near Novigrad, a small charming tourist town on the west coast of Istria with nice beaches and a variety of sports and gastro offer. The large amusement park Istralandia is only 5 km from the house. On its own enclosed property Casa Rafael offers two apartments, each with its own entrance, shared swimming pool of 40 sqm and a dining table for outdoor dining. Each apartment has a parking space.

Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged. The day when the cancellation notice has been received is considered the cancellation date (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, ISTRIA HOME keeps the total reservation amount.
