On an area of 67 m² over three floors, you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find the comfortably furnished living and dining area with fireplace, as well as a guest toilet. The very well-equipped kitchen contains an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer combination and dishwasher as well as everything you need for cooking. On the second floor there is a bathroom with an open shower 1.20 m x 0.90 m and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and the second bedroom with a double bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. From the second bedroom there is a staircase leading to the living room. From the second bedroom a staircase leads to the open top floor (max. headroom 2.12 m). Here you will find two further beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m
The cosy and spacious terrace is sure to become your favourite place when you want to relax outdoors or plan a sociable barbecue evening. On cooler evenings, make yourself comfortable with the whole family or friends in the cosy living room with fireplace.

Our "Haffmuschel" is located on the Stettiner Haff in the south-east of the island of Usedom
The landscape of the so-called Achterland is much appreciated by recreation seekers because of its clear lakes, its green forests and the many colourful meadows. For those who like a bit more hustle and bustle: the Kaiserbäder on the Baltic Sea beaches can be reached from here in just a few minutes!

Familienurlaub
Es ist ein schönes Haus in einer völlig ruhigen Gegend zum erholen Spitze.
Was sehr schade ist und dem ganzen einen gehörigen Abbruch tut ist leider die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus. Wir mussten leider erstmal das Haus selbst saugen da uns in jedem Zimmer Wollmäuse entgegen kamen, desweiteren waren überall Spinnweben. Was aber am schlimmsten war das verschmutzte Geschirr im Schrank.
Wenn diese Dinge beachtet werden würden wäre es ein schönes Ferienhaus was man weiterempfehlen kann.
Den Vermieter selbst haben wir nicht kennengelernt was auch schade ist weil es doch eigentlich dazu gehört, statt dessen haben wir die Reinigungskraft kennengelernt welche an ihrer Freundlichkeit noch arbeiten muss. Die Eltern vom Vermieter haben wir auch kennengelernt da diese während unserer Urlaubszeit den Rasen und Aussenanlage gepflegt haben es waren ganz nette Leute.
