The chalet is located in a complex with supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf and marina. The chalet itself has about 40 M2. The ambient is comfortable and lovingly equipped. Living room with TV many German programs. Dinette and kitchen. 1 bedroom with wide bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. You have a 2-bathroom with 1 single bed 90 cm and a sofa bed for 1 extra person (child). There is another bathroom with toilet and shower. W-Lan is not available, it is best to upload extra GB at your own provider.

The plant Heiss De Brekken water sports center. A complex with chalets that are all located on the water and therefore has a maritime atmosphere.
The complex is located about 1 km. From the village of Lemmer. It would be within walking distance. The beach on IJSselmeer is also only 1 km away from the house. The environment is ideal for cycling, hiking and of course all water sports. Sailing, boating, fishing ... ... ..

Was close to tears
I have been to many chalets in Holland,but I have never seen anything like this.it almost killed me,you couldn't even swat a fly without breaking something,so you better let it live! There was no cupboard in which to put even one packet of pasta,or baked rolls,no room.All cupboards so so so full,disaster,never experienced.The gardener suddenly stood in the garden without a shout or ring,no that's not possible! In the bathroom hung used hard dried flannels.so never again!

Very cozy chalet, feeling like on a houseboat. Beautiful garden with its own jetty where you can catch many fish. Lots of garden furniture to choose from. Kitchen has everything you need. The small shower is fun :) The ceiling fan in the living room was worth gold in the hot weather! The location on the Ijsselmeer is perfect, not too far to walk. By bike, you are quickly at the water/center, where there is everything (Aldi, Jumbo, Action, etc.). We had a very good rest there in 1 week, definitely want to come back! What I didn't like so much was that the gardeners simply come onto the property and mow or trim. I was practically topless in the garden, but that can be clarified in the office beforehand, I would recommend.
