Description
A detached old granite stone house, well renovated, in a secluded garden. The beautiful sandy beach is only 50 meters away, as well as a bar, a creperie, several restaurants. On the ground floor there is a living room with a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace, a kitchen with modern fitted kitchen with bar and dining table, an additional dining room with table and 6 chairs, a bathroom and a toilet. On the floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed + 1 single bed). From the floor you can see the sea. The furniture of the house is cozy and modern. The stairs are a bit steeper than normal stairs and have no handrail on one side. If you travel with young children or are handicapped, please call me so I can describe this to you.

Plougasnou is a small, typically Breton place in Finistere. He has a good infrastructure, there is a supermarket with gas station, banks, pharmacies, post office, some small shops (bakers, butchers, wine shop, etc.), bistros and restaurants.
The house is located in the district Primel-Trégastel directly on the most beautiful sandy beach of the municipality. Plougasnou is about 4 km away.
The beach is gently sloping, suitable for children. You can swim here wonderfully. It is possible to go for long hikes along the beautiful promenades along the coast and there are a lot of sports activities such as sailing, surfing, diving, horseback riding. You can make many interesting trips to the offshore islands, on the scenic coast or inland. There are many small romantic towns and historic buildings to visit such as megalithic monuments or churches, old houses, Breton villages.
