Description
The modern and very lovingly furnished holiday flat is located in a half-timbered house with a large property. The flat offers 40 m² of space for up to 5 people. The living room has a leather sofa, satellite TV, dining table and large, light-flooded windows. From the living area you enter the large conservatory with a view into the garden and over the fields. The sleeping area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, offers two bunks. These are each equipped with 1.60 m wide beds, window and curtain. Another sleeping couch for 1 person is located in the living area. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair. The modern bathroom is equipped with a wellness shower. Wi-Fi access and a parking space directly in front of the door are available. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the house. From the living area you can access the lovely conservatory (shared use with private seating area). In front of the house is a seating area with garden furniture and barbecue. A flowery lawn is also in front of the house. Washing machine & dryer can be used for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Nisbill
Nisbill is a small village in the middle of the Sternberg lake district. Only a few hundred metres away is Lake Bibow, which is ideal for fishing and swimming. The Hamburg-Rügen cycle path passes directly by the house, inviting you to take extensive bike tours. In about 2 km you can walk to Hasenwinkel Castle with its restaurant, numerous events and beautiful castle garden. The town of Warin with shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, boat rental, restaurants, doctors, etc. is about 3 km away.
Leisure and excursions
In about 20-25 km you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the state capital Schwerin. These offer you many leisure activities and sights. Lake Schwerin, which is very popular with water sports enthusiasts and invites you for boat trips, is about 15 km away.

Very friendly landlords. The holiday home is well equipped, the use of the winter garden is very advantageous. The distance of 3km to Warin and to Lake Warin is okay. Unfortunately, it was always very difficult to get dinner in the two restaurants there. We were treated unfriendly at the hotel by the owner because we were not hotel guests (by the boss lady).

During our (unfortunately only) short holiday in "Holiday Room 1" our very friendly host family Schmidt made our stay pleasant at all times.
Everything necessary was available and the room was comfortably furnished.
