The house is located in a quiet, central location, just 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from a large park (Parco del Gelso), where there are also guarded parking. All shops and restaurants are nearby. A well maintained and well-run house with a cosy and informal atmosphere, just 50 meters from the beach.
