Villa is fully covered with Wi-Fi, partly air-conditioned (4 A/C units), very modern and comfortable. Villa Remušić offers exclusively for one group:
*Outdoor offers - Private 8mx3m pool with 3mx2m whirlpool (not heated), playground with toys for your youngest, 6 deck chairs, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. Next to it is a pool table room, a fun zone, and upstairs is a Finnish sauna, A/C and a Shower.
*Ground floor NO1 offers Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180x200cm, Bedroom No2 with 2x single bed 90x200cm, a Family bathroom No1 with shower, relaxing zone with white sofas.
The internal half-floor staircase takes you to a first Living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a free Wi-Fi, A/C, TV, sofa and additional lounge corner in the gallery. A Family bathroom No2 with a bathtub.
*Ground floor NO2 offers a comfortable second living and dining room with TV, A/C, free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with exit to the covered terrace on the west side with dining table, and direct exit to the pool area. There is a Family bathroom No3 with a shower and washing machine.
A staircase takes you to three bedrooms, all with exit to terrace on south and west. Bedroom No3 with 180x200cm king size bed and En-suite bathroom No4 with shower, Bedroom No4 with two single beds 90x200cm, and Bedroom No5 with king-size bed 180x200cm. Next to it, there is a Family bathroom No5 with bathtub.
A wooden staircase takes you to an attic with fully equipped, open plan kitchen, TV, A/C, Play Station 4, Bedroom No 5 two single beds 90x200cm and a sofa bed for two with a beautiful terrace on the south, and also a spacious Bathroom No6 with shower.
*Villa Remusic consists of 3 units connected with few outdoor stairs, all three exclusively for one group. 1st unit with 2 bedrooms, 2nd unit with 4 bedrooms, 3rd unit with billiard and sauna area. There are 3 parking places at a private property in front of the villa.

Villa REMUŠIĆ is located in unspoiled old village Smolonje offering absolute stress escape and breathtaking panoramic views over hills and Mosor Mountain from every corner of Remušić property. Villa offers very comfortable accommodation for max 14 persons in 6 bedrooms which is ideal for families or a group of friends who enjoy in this quiet environment, but still close to everything, 9km to restaurant, and only 12 km from beach, sea and Cetina river attractions, and so much more. The minimarket is in 2km from villa. There is also opportunity to order a traditional dish named “peka” in local tavern only 1 km far, this is a “must try”! You can also use mountain bikes that offered, and explore local paths.

Great family holiday
Villa Remusic leaves nothing to be desired and corresponds absolutely to the description and the photos.
We have never found a holiday home so clean, so that we immediately felt at home. The view from the terrace is beautiful and from there we were able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets. Matko, the owner, is very hospitable, helpful and always ready to help.
We can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a nice holiday in peace and quiet away from tourism.

Great accommodation
This villa is worth every penny. It is in a nice quiet location and has a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. The nearest small supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away and the next bigger town Omiš with beach is 20 minutes drive away. The drive to Omiš itself is already an experience with beautiful gorges. The interior in the villa is very high quality and you will not lack anything. The host Matko is more than friendly and accommodating. He even provided fresh fruit and vegetables every day on request. All in all, a more than successful and relaxing holiday. We would visit the villa again at any time. Thank you for everything.

Secret tip for a relaxing vacation
Matko's house is a few kilometers away from Omis. Due to its slightly elevated location, you have a beautiful view of the valley, from which a light breeze always comes. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house has everything you need for a good vacation and looks exactly like the photos. Matko was a very attentive host and surprised us with fruit from his garden. Omis and the beaches can be reached by car in 20-30 minutes, and the nearest small supermarket is 10-15 minutes away from the village. The house is a clear recommendation, but you should be aware that a car is often necessary due to the distances.
