The Holiday flat

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached villa in the countryside. In a spacious, bright kitchen you will find in the cooking area a gas stove with oven and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which offers two additional sleeping possibilities. Here you can relax or watch TV. There is a dining table in the dining area. From the kitchen you enter the cozy bedroom. Here you will find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) as well as enough storage space for your personal belongings.
The well-kept bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. From the kitchen you reach a sunny balcony. From here you can look across the valley to the sea. The south-facing balcony offers enough sun in every season. The view is breathtaking. In the cold season provides a modern gas heating for comfortable warmth, this is paid for consumption.
The landlords live downstairs and happy to help if necessary.

It is an ideal domicile for couples or families who are looking for peace but also like to get to the sea quickly. It is perfect for guests who would like to do bike or motorbike tours, as they can easily park their bikes or motorbike on the property.

Imperia, a city on the Riviera that rarely appears in the guidebooks. Maybe that's a good thing, because it has spared Imperia mass tourism.
Imperia is made up of two neighborhoods that have been separate cities for centuries. Maurizio's Porto was characterized by peasant culture, commerce and nobility, the other Oneglia by industry and the port.
The old town of Porto Maurizio, Parasio, has an almost completely preserved medieval structure, a mountain of houses with labyrinthine alleys, stairs and underpasses. Everything wildly romantic, very authentic and fortunately not yet "totally restored". Porto Maurizio also has a nice little harbor and beautiful sandy beaches.
Oneglia, on the other hand, slowly abandons its industrial past and becomes a hip, chic city. The factories close, in the harbor more and more very good restaurants and bars emerge. In addition to the fishing boats where you can still buy fresh fish, are more and more luxury yachts. The beautiful Via Bonfante with its arcades is getting more and more interesting. There are very good grocery stores, boutiques and bars. Twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays a big market takes place in Oneglia. Here you will find everything from tablecloths to flowers and handbags to Parma ham.

Nearby, in the direction of the hinterland, lies the town of Dolcedo. The valley is completely covered with terraces of olive cultivation. Chestnut and oak forests stretch across the extensive olive groves up to the alpine pastures of the ridge where Monte Faudo, at 1149 meters, is the highest peak. The old transport network of the mule roads of the so-called Mulatiera is still partially preserved and designated for hiking. In Dolcedo there are many good restaurants, some small shops.
