A 2002 built very well maintained house on the outskirts of Locquirec, the village center with shops, restaurants and bistros is about 2 km away, the beautiful sandy beach about 100 meters. You have a beautiful sea view from the house, garden, terrace and balcony. The garden is nicely landscaped and finished, there is a terrace and a balcony. In the approx. 60 m² large living space on the ground floor there is a comfortable upholstered seating area in front of the fireplace, a dining area and a modern American fitted kitchen, integrated into the living room via a counter. Through large terrace windows in the living room you can see the sea, also from the bedrooms on the first floor. The decor of the house is very well maintained and tasteful, a house with a lot of living comfort.

Location and surroundings of object
Locquirec is a romantic Breton coastal town with a flair of the 20s, in the Brittany district of Finistere, on the border with Cotes d'Armor. The pretty town center with a small harbor and a beach promenade invites you to take a stroll. You can sit here in one of the small restaurants and watch the sunset over a delicious meal and a glass of wine. There are several beautiful sandy beaches in the municipality, interesting excursions and the cities like Morlaix and Lannion are not far away. For sports enthusiasts, a sailing school and two surf schools (surfing, paddle) are available, as well as tennis courts, stables and a golf course (about 50 km away).
