Description

It is in a house and its dependence, decorated with taste, that we can accommodate up to 8 people (4 in the house / 4 in the outbuilding) Not to mention the sauna to relax. The terrace and the large garden will allow you to enjoy the calm of the village and enjoy the view of the valley.

In the house: On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet. On the ground floor, you have the kitchen, 1 toilet and the living room with its panoramic view overlooking the terrace of 25 sqm. In the basement, you will find the sauna for 6 people with its large shower, as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
In the outbuilding, there are 2 bedrooms, a relaxation area and 1 bathroom.
In the garden, at the bottom of the terrace there is the wood oven for pizza and pie outbreak and the wood barbecue
To park the cars you have a private parking and a garage.

Our family home built in 1980 represents a lot of memories, we wanted to keep it in the family and make you enjoy this relaxing environment.

Wunderbarer Ferienort

Wir (2Personen + 2Hunde) haben in dem Haus einen perfekten Kurzurlaub verbracht und wollen uns mit einer Bewertung bedanken.

Haus:
Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse hat Morgensonne und lädt zum ausgiebigen Frühstücken ein. Die Sauna ist erstaunlich groß und liegt im Keller direkt neben einer genialen Dusche.
Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind in einem zweiten Gebäude auf dem Gelände untergebracht. Darum ist das Haupthaus auch kleiner als die 120m² vermuten lassen. Küche und Aufenthaltsraum sind aber mehr als ausreichend dimensioniert.

Grundstück:
Wichtig für Hundehalter: Es gibt einen ausreichend hohen Zaun rund um das ganze Grundstück. Die Vermieter erwarten, dass 'Häufchen' aufgesammelt werden, aber das ist ja sowieso selbstverständlich.
Es gibt Liegen und einen großen gemauerten Grill mit 'Backofen'. Bei drei Tagen wollten wir das Angebot nicht nutzen, sonst hätte es uns aber sehr gereizt.
Direkt vor dem Grundstück gibt es übrigens Parkplätze für zwei Autos. Weitere Fahrzeuge müssten etwas weiter weg oder auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

Lage:
Das Haus liegt in einem flachen Nebental. Darum wird es etwas früher dunkel. Nach Osten (Morgensonne) ist aber freie Sicht und wir konnten morgens die warme sonnigen Terrasse genießen.
Die Gegend scheint eine gute Thermik zu haben. Nachmittags war der Himmel oft bunt von den Schirmen der Paraglider.
Breitenbach selbst hat kulinarisch wenig zu bieten. Selbst der Bäcker war einmal um 9:00 ausverkauft und ein anderes Mal gab es nur angebrannte Waren. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es aber mehrere Restaurants. Am besten gefallen hat unsAllerdings gibt es dort eher eher Mediterrane Küche.
Ach ja, ohne Auto/Motorrad würde ich mir eine zentralere Lage suchen.

Fazit:
Jederzeit wieder.
Die Bewertung wäre unglaubwürdig, ohne einen Nachteil zu nennen. Der Fernseher hängt am Netz und nicht an der Antenne. Darum gibt es ausschließlich französische Programme.
