Description
The detached holiday home (south-facing) near Heiligendamm has about 110 sqm of living space on one level and is only a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach with bathing facilities. It was built by local craftsmen in solid construction. Underfloor heating in all rooms.
The plot size is 600 sqm. High-quality equipment. Three bedrooms (master bedroom with box spring double bed, one room with two single beds, one room with one bed), daylight bathroom with floor-deep wellness shower, guest toilet. A carport and a parking space are available in front of the house.
The modern, tasteful, allergy-friendly furnishings with underfloor heating and cosy fireplace make your stay a real holiday experience.
Living room: Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday on around 60 square metres. In the dining area you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast. The floor-to-ceiling windows facing south give the room a Mediterranean flair. The wood-burning stove not only warms you in winter. Bose radio, 42-inch flat screen TV with satellite reception, BlueRay/DVD player and an additional flat screen TV in one of the bedrooms.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen with Siemens dishwasher, Bosch microwave, toaster and two coffee machines (filter and pods).
In the small house library, which we have set up especially for our guests, you will not only find all the necessary information about the region as well as tips on shopping opportunities and restaurants, but also over 140 books for small and large people. For children we have a travel cot, high chair and a trolley. We have attached great importance to high-quality equipment and furnishings and are pleased when our guests appreciate this. Therefore, we only rent to families. This is a non-smoking house. We ask you to consider this also in the interest of the following guests.

800 metres from the sea, through a small forest. Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde are both less than 30 minutes away by car. Heiligendamm is 5 km away, Bad Doberan with its minster as well. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are nearby.

Holidays close to the sea ...
Dear landlords, your vacation house offers a lot of space and has no shortage of furnishings. Everything appears modern, clean, and is decorated with love for maritime details, including for your younger guests. The surroundings are tranquil. Many interesting places and excursions can be reached by car in a maximum of 20-40 minutes. Fantastic! It is only about a 10-minute walk to the beach/sea... with a trolley even faster... A vacation is highly recommended!
