Descriptions

The Holiday home

The large porch is an idyllic place to start the day, perhaps with a long breakfast with your loved ones. It offers a sofa where to rest in the afternoon or take a good glass of wine. Thanks to the mobile barbecue, you can enjoy cooking under the starry sky. On the property there are also some horses. The owner comes daily to feed the animals and you can ride the horses, always after consulting. The owners have an organic garden and you can taste fresh seasonal vegetables. This house is independent and has direct neighbors.

A bright living room invites you to relax watching TV or reading a good book. During the cold season, you can light a cozy fire in the wood stove. In the open kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare any dish, including a gas cooker. The laundry, located on the terrace, has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, you will find a room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite with shower. For our younger guests, we can prepare a crib and a highchair on request. This modern house offers air conditioning in the living room and bedroom with two single beds, as well as three fans.

The village of Selva is located next to the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains in western Mallorca and is a quiet place surrounded by mountains and nature. In the surroundings, there are many trails and bike paths, for example Ses Fonts Ufanes in Campanet underground sources that spring after heavy rains. Mancor de la Vall and Orient are the typical villages of Mallorca with narrow streets and stone buildings. Lluc Monastery is located in the middle of the mountains and many pilgrims visit it every year. All the Serra de Tramuntana has been declared a World Heritage Area by Unesco.

Inca is nearby town, where you can make a purchase, go for drinks at night or dine at one of the really good cellers, authentic Mallorcan restaurants serving homemade food. Regarding the beaches, in half an hour you will reach the north coast and beautiful beaches as Ses Casetes des Capellans, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Port of Alcudia. In the mountains ther are wonderful tiny coves, mostly stones and crystal clear waters, as Cala Deia, Cala de Valldemossa or Llucalcari.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
