65sqm ground floor flat with terrace and fenced garden facing west.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, 1 living room and 1 bedroom.
A fenced garden with terrace belongs to the flat, a barbecue corner is furnished,
a fire basket is available.
The terrace faces west, so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Furthermore, our fallow deer pack can often be seen, at present there are more than 40. with one albino.
The flat is perfectly suitable for dogs, already in the entrance there is a " dirt lock " where you can dry the dogs.
Sufficient towels and blankets are available.
The flat is also equipped with numerous dirty door mats, which the dogs especially love.
There is a lot of forest and fields all around, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in Hohwachter Bucht, a 5-minute drive from Sehlendorfer Strand.
There we have reserved a beach chair at the dog beach for our guests.
Other beaches are located in Hohwacht, Behrensdorf, Hohenfelde or Weissenhaus.
In the village of Futterkamp you will find the Obsterlebnisgarten, where you can pick up fresh bread rolls and seasonal fruit and vegetables in the morning,
and seasonal fruit and vegetables. You can also find fabulous homemade cakes and regional
and regional food.
The nearest small town is Lütjeburg, where you will find various discounters and a weekly market on Wednesday and Saturday.
In Lippe, about 10 minutes by car, you can buy fresh fish directly from the cutter.
There are also various farm shops in the vicinity.
The towns of Eutin and Plön are absolutely worth seeing and can be reached quickly.

Favourite accommodation
Last year we came to Villa Bootsybunt for the first time with our scared dog and Rina and Oskar managed to make him feel super comfortable and thawed out.This year with a new fence and inside everything freshly painted.Here it lacks nothing.super nice accommodation with everything you need and super nice owner.Meanwhile we have been there three times and the next holiday is booked.

soul vacation
How do I always say... Soul vacation.
We were just for 8 nights in the villa and were greeted so nicely with dog and human treats. Homemade jam included.
In the garden, we could do nothing for hours and listen to the silence.
The Bootsy apartment is so cozy that you feel at home.
We liked it so much that on the last day we spontaneously booked the next two weeks in summer. We urgently need to go again because the dam deer herd only wanted to show itself to us halfway, and we want to see the albino.
Rina is not a landlord, but a true host. Even with a slightly delicious eggnog cake, we were spoiled in the garden.
We are already looking forward to summer.

Super Unterkunft mit Hund
Wir sind jedesmal im Glück wenn wir dort sind. Herzliche Willkommensgeschenke und Strandnähe ist absolut perfekt. Die Villa ist eine große Wohnung mit eingezäunten Garten für Hund und Mensch. Alles da was man braucht. Absolut perfekt und ruhig gelegen, man kann wirklich super entspannen und trotzdem ist alles super zu erreichen in wenigen Minuten. Für uns ist es wie ein Zuhause auf Zeit!

Dream vacation for humans and dogs
"We stayed with our 2 dogs in Villa Bootsybunt and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. We were warmly welcomed by Rina and Oskar, and the dogs immediately got along. The Bootsy apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished with everything you need. The stove was perfect for the season. There were welcome treats for both dogs and humans, and the apartment was equipped with bowls, dirt mats, and even a dog towel. The wonderful nature around Villa Bootsybunt offers the perfect environment for relaxation and getting away from it all. Our dogs loved the fenced garden :-) We went to various beaches where the dogs could run freely. In general, the area is very dog-friendly and we were able to take the dogs everywhere. We will definitely come back :-)"

***Bootsylicious***
Wir waren zuletzt über Silvester in der Villa Bootsbunt - es war schon unser vierter Urlaub dort und der nächste ist bereits gebucht! Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles ;)
Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist herrlich, die Ruhe ein Traum, die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Strand in Sehlendorf ist traumhaft und die Umgebung abwechslungsreich und bietet diverse Möglichkeiten für kleinere bis größere Wandertouren mit (und wenn es sein muss auch ohne) Hund!
Auch unsere Hündin liebt es dort und schaltet, wie wir auch, sofort nach Ankunft in den Urlaubsmodus. Sie ist in den Gastgeberhund Oskar verknallt und auch in die Leckerchen, die bei Ankunft schon auf sie warten ;)
Zu jeder Jahreszeit einfach ein herrlicher Ort um zu entspannen! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.

Jederzeit wieder
Wir haben einen sehr schönes ruhiges Silvster in der Villa Bootsybunt verbracht.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der tolle Holzofen lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.Rundherum nur Wald und Feld,natur pur.Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben wieder gebucht und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Highly recommended
Two people and three dogs were delighted with Villa Bootsybunt. We were in the Bootsy flat from 03.-10.11.2018 and enjoyed our holiday very much, including the peace and beautiful landscape. Holidays at Villa Bootsybunt are as the name suggests "colourful" - there are so many things to discover there - let yourself be surprised. Rina is an attentive hostess who is happy to help with advice and good tips. Two-legged and four-legged guests were very happy about the gifts. The flat is large enough and the individual rooms are very individually and tastefully decorated with many small details. The four-legged friends find everything they need, e.g. the ingenious Dirty Dog Doormats, which our dogs loved, as well as food bowls, treats ... The surroundings are very quiet, it's really good to relax there and at night it's so dark that you can see the starry sky wonderfully. The nearest beach is no more than 10 minutes away by car and the fine sandy beach even offers free paw and claw scrubs for the four-legged friends

Holiday happiness
A warm welcome by the hostess and her cute dog Oskar is only the beginning of a wonderful holiday.
In the lovingly furnished holiday flat, you immediately feel at home and both the location and the surroundings offer everything for maximum relaxation. If you want, you can always take advantage of the hostess's numerous tips.
For me it is certain that my fourth holiday here was definitely not the last.

Ferienwohnung mit Herz
Wir kamen nun schon zum dritten Mal in die Villa Bootsybunt und freuen uns jedesmal wieder über die herzliche Aufnahme duch die Vermieterin und ihren freundlichen Gasgeberhund Oskar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut eingerichtet und groß genug, so dass sich selbst unser großer Hund (80 cm Rückenhöhe und seeehr lang) hier sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Rina und Oskar haben die besten Tipps parat wo Menschen mit Hund wirklich willkommen sind. Die Restaurants und Ausflugsempfehlungen sind Hunde-gecheckt und wir wurden selbst mit unserem Hund überall freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war überall megalecker, auch das war von der Vermieterin getestet. Die Betreuung ist so individuell und persönlich wie jeder es eben möchte, so dass man sich rundherum wohlfühlt. Die Hundestrände sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen und laden zu ausgiebigen Strandspaziergängen ein. Und zum Abschluss gabs wieder das obligatorische "Wechguckshooting" mit Oskar, der dafür auch Übungsstunden gibt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
