Our holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The beautiful natural beach of Hohenfelde, which is next to Schönberger Strand, is a 5-minute walk away. The resort of Hohenfelde is located on the east coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Hohenfelde beach can be described as one of the last quiet oases on the German Baltic coast (free of health resort tax). The beach is constantly reshaped by wind and water and offers good bathing opportunities with wonderfully refreshing Baltic Sea water.

| The prices indicated for 2020/2021 include electricity, water, heating and . Free of charge: firewood in the cold season, 1 bag of charcoal for the barbecue, use of the available bicycles + trolley, WLAN/Internet, use of the sauna (including infusions and with additional steam bath function). Free service for our little guests: -Handcart -High chair -Children's toys -Children's books -Children's cutlery and crockery -Cot (with changing station on request) The deposit of 100€ has to be transferred together with the remaining amount at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Provided everything is in order, it will be refunded by bank transfer as soon as possible after the guest's departure The minimum rental period of our holiday home is 1 week. Arrival/departure day is Saturday (exceptions please enquire). * Towels, bed linen and sheets are not provided. * High-quality bed linen (including fitted sheets) can be rented for €12.50/person. * Dish towels are available free of charge in the holiday home. * Our holiday home is a non-smoking house AGB's: Upon booking (booking confirmation), a deposit of 25% of the tour price is due in order for the contract to come into effect. Please transfer the remaining amount to our account one month before the start of your holiday. Cancellation: Up to the 45th day before the start of the holiday 15 % of the holiday price Up to 31st day before departure 25 % of the tour price Up to the 21st day before departure 50 % of the tour price Up to the 11th day before departure 80 % of the tour price Thereafter 90 % of the tour price Substitute tenants may of course be provided The municipality of Hohenfelde does not charge a visitor's tax. |
