The newly built villa is located in Biokovsko Selo, 6km from Zagvozd in
the Split-Dalmatia County Region. This is a self-catering accommodation that comfortably sleeps up to 16 persons on two separate floors. It offers 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms that each have modern private bathrooms and TV.
Each floor has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace and a sofa bed that sleeps two. Both modern kitchens with dining areas are fully equipped with all
the appliances for cooking: gas oven, plates, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, tea / coffee maker, toaster & microwave.
A / C and central heating as well as satellite TV are provided free of charge. Each master bathroom features a washing machine. You can relax in the garden by the
seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool (32sqm) and make use of the solar shower. In addition, barbecue area, trampoline and table tennis are available for use in the garden. Detached enclosed summer kitchen with dining table, wood-fired pizza oven and fireplace. Six bicycles for exploring the area are included. This secluded villa offers great privacy for a quiet getaway.
The mixture of Mediterranean and Continental climate is a special feature, making the summer heat bearable while the nights offer a pleasant sleep without a sweltering heat.
