This new house is beautifully situated in an oasis of peace, the forest (domains) and the North Sea beach of Westerschouwen are within walking distance. On a 625m2 unique plot you will find our sunny house. A modern cottage for 6 people, solidly built, very complete and spacious and equipped with all the refinements. A top location.
In the contemporary apartment (with Wi-Fi, digital TV and underfloor heating) is a large living room with triple patio doors, three bedrooms, a sophisticated bathroom with bath and shower, a full kitchen and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the two sunny sides of the house is a large terrace. Thus, all the requirements for a comfortable and carefree holiday available.
The very spacious garden has south exposure. Here there is a trampoline and for the children a large meadow to play. The terrace is on two sides of the house, where you can wake up wonderfully in the morning sun and enjoy the whole day from a book and a good glass of wine.
The location of the apartment is truly unique and only 200 meters from the entrance (Hoge Hilleweg) of the largest forest and dune area of Zeeland. Through the forest you can reach on foot the North Sea beach. On the way you will meet the climbing forest, a pleasure for everyone. The route for mountain bikes is also nearby. For several cozy restaurants you do not even need a car.
By bike you are fast in Burgh-Haamstede or Renesse, and the attractions Delta Park Neeltje Jans, the National Park Oosterschelde, as well as the places Zierikzee, Veere and Middelburg should visit you for sure.
Enjoy the tranquility, the sun and the sea and make hikes and bike rides. Relax and rest in Haus Paardenbos. You are welcome.

Westenschouwen is a small quiet village in the western part of Schouwen-Duiveland.
Westenschouwen has very different natural areas, long stretched beaches, wide dunes that lead into a forest landscape called "de Boswachterij" the largest forest in Zeeland.
Unique because you hear the surf of the sea everywhere. Beach cabins can be rented.
In "de Boswachterij" a permanent exhibition about the work of our forestry can be admired.
Various hiking, trimming and mountain bike trails can be found on the beach, dunes and forest trails.
Cozy restaurants and pavilions are always close by.
The "Oosterscheldekering" with the "Peilerdam" is only 1 kilometer away.
The small village Burghsluis with the monument "Plompe Toren" is located at about 4 kilometers.
Westenschouwen is characterized by its beautiful beach and the only forest of Schouwen-Duiveland.
In short Westenschouwen is peace and pure nature.
