The villa rises on a small hill that dominates the wide expanses of the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa, in a suggestive and unique panoramic location.
The exteriors are covered by stone and show the warm colours of the local sand.
It is surrounded by a wide garden limited by the traditional dry-stone walls and rich in olives, carob trees, citrus trees, agaves and prickly pears.
A perimeter overflow pool (40 sqm) with panoramic view and an elegant equipped solarium.
The back terrace is partly shaded and furnished with table and chairs in order to dine outside.
Wide interior parking space (not covered).
Inside Description
The recently renewed (2016) villa has bright and spacious interiors. They are finely furnished in modern minimalist style, where light tones and sandy colours predominate.
The villa develops on a unique floor and has wide ambiences and glass walls that overlook the outside of the accommodation.
It consists of a wide living area and 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom), all of them with en-suite bathroom.
A wide living room with panoramic view offers a lounge corner, satellite TV, fireplace and dining table.
A well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven.
The sleeping area consists in two areas and offers 3 sleeping rooms: a wide double bedroom with view over the garden and the swimming pool; a twin bedroom with bunk bed (ideal for kids and young people); a double bedroom with a big wardrobe. Each room has an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower.
Efficient hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living area.
Satellite Internet Wi-Fi connection.
The villa is barrier-free and accessible to those with mobility difficulties.

Villa Psyké is located in Contrada Piombo in front of the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa (500 m), 5 km from Randello and from its wide golden sandy beaches. The villa, which has been recently renewed by respecting the local traditions, is the perfect accommodation to spend a quiet holiday in the countryside of the province of Ragusa, a few km from the baroque towns of Ragusa (25 km), Scicli (30 km) e Modica (40 Km). It is 10 km from the Donnafugata Castle and 7 km from the nature reserve “Cava di Randello”, which is famous for its wide and uncontaminated beach and its equipped green pine grove. It is 22 km from the airport of Comiso “Pio La Torre”.

Cancellation terms:
- The Guest can withdraw from the contract up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, by a written communication that he/she has to send to Pomelia Holiday Homes within the above-mentioned term. In this case, Pomelia Holiday Homes will refund the Guest the deposit paid, minus 60 euros (fixed costs for procedure management) within seven working days from the withdrawal’s communication. If the Guest communicates the withdrawal later than the above-mentioned term (30 days), Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the deposit of booking paid by the guest. In case of no-show of the Guest at the check-in, without any precautionary communication of withdrawal, Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the total received deposit, with the obligation of the Guest to make the payment of the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days from the agreed arrival date. In case of impossibility due to Covid, even a few days before arrival (and therefore even after the 30-day deadline), a voucher of the same value as the deposit is issued, for the transfer of the stay in 2022 or 2023. The voucher, in fact, would be valid for any of our accommodations until 31.12.2023
