The Holiday home

Peace and joy are the main features of the garden, thanks to the green lawn around the plot. The property is completely fenced and it offers total privacy. The salt pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 1.70 metres. It counts with 6 sunbeds and a straw parasol so that you can relax while sunbathing having a refreshing drink. You will remember forever the good memories created around the barbecue in any of the two furnished porches or the terrace.

This two storey house has been decorated in a very simple way but creating a very joyful and modern atmosphere. All rooms are quite spacious and luminous and are very well equipped to offer all comforts to you. When you get in you will find a very practical room with air conditioning where living room, dining room and kitchen can be found. The living area invites to relax while watching a satellite TV film and admiring the mountain views. The kitchen offers a gas top, an oven and a microwave where you can smoothly prepare your best dishes. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Then, there is a second living room with a sofa and a TV set. In this same floor there is a two twin beds bedroom and exit to the garden and a shower bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, both with an en-suite shower bathroom each, one with a double bed and exit to a terrace and the other with two twin beds. If you are coming with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request.

The property is located on the outskirts of Selva, a very quiet and authentic village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, surrounded by a wide amount of paths and routes for hikers and cyclists, like for instance to the Santuari de Lluc, the impressive cove of La Calobra and the incomparable villages of Soller, Deià and Valldemossa. This will be the perfect planat your reach since this property offers 4 bicycles to our guests!!

You will find everything you need during your stay not only in the village, but also in Inca ( a little town only 4 km away), including all types of bars and typical restaurants. If you feel like going to the beach, we recommend you to visit the extensive beach of crystalline waters in Puerto de Alcudia or some little beaches like Cala de Sant Pere, reachable in a 20 minutes drive.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
Pets up to 10 kg are welcome.

Tourist license: ETV/1309

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
