Description
The house is nestled in the typical olive groves on a hillside with stunning lake and mountain views and old stone houses.
The location guarantees absolute tranquility by sufficient distance to the (busy in summer) shore road (Gardesana) - on the other hand, there is a good connection to the lake - on foot or by car.
Spread over three levels, there is a large, light-filled bedroom with balcony and lake view, a subsequent bathroom, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, the cozy living / dining room with a pull-out couch, a flat screen TV (and satellite receiver), wood-burning stove , a large garden with many old olive trees, typical on the hillside, a large Weber-GasGrill, a table tennis table, several terraces / dining areas with lake view. On the ground floor / vault with separate entrance, there is an additional, tastefully renovated double room with open fireplace and bathroom.
The Rustico is about 80 meters from a small, public parking lot. The path is unpaved and narrow, so only on foot (or by Ape, motorcycle or mountain bike) possible.
Ideal is the Rustico for 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.

Brenzone
This idyllic holiday resort consists of numerous fractions, some of which are located on the lake (Assenza, Porto, Magugnano, Marniga and Castelletto), partly on the lower slopes of Monte Baldo (Castello, Somavilla, Fasor, Biaza ...) and in the Mountains (Prada). The Brenzone region is located on the Riviera degli Olivi, south of Malcesine, where the lake is still narrow and deep.
The olive oil, which is grown on the slopes of ancient tradition, is one of the best quality oils in the area.
Due to the geographical location between the lake and the mountain, Brenzone is a popular place for sailing, windsurfing, hiking or mountain biking into the hinterland and the mountain peaks.
Numerous hiking trails and Nordic walking routes lead partly directly past the house - the perfect location for nature lovers and peace-seeking self-catering.
A popular racing bike route leads through the small town Fasor, far away from the busy shore road (Gardesana).
Castelletto can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes through the old village center with historic stone houses, about a height of about 180 meters, by car in 5 minutes.
There are several restaurants in all price ranges - well visited all year round by locals, an ice cream parlor, a small, well stocked supermarket, boat rentals, a small bay and on Tuesdays a weekly market with regional specialties. Nevertheless, the place is not as crowded as many other holiday destinations on the lake.
The small abandoned village of Campo, where some traditional events take place, can be reached in 25 minutes with a wonderful walk through the olive groves.
Wine festivals, fireworks, markets, concerts, regattas and countless other events do not leave boredom on Lake Garda. There are many interesting museums and medieval castles. Cities like Verona, Milan, Vicenza or Venice are easy to reach, especially from the south and east shores. Younger Lake Garda visitors will enjoy the Gardaland amusement park, the Caneva water park or the Parco Natura Viva with safaris and dinosaur land.
