*** Detached Feenhus (built 2003) with approx. 75 sqm on a plot of approx. 300 sqm with parking space and garden house. The house is located on the "Fürtorndrift", a quiet residential road in the north-west of the town of Norden. The house is rated four stars according to the DTV classification!

Equipment of the holiday home
Upper floor
The entire upper floor has laminate flooring. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. There is also an additional flat screen TV (32'') here.
There is a baby cot for the little ones. The stairs are secured by a safety gate (see pictures). Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Ground floor
The entire ground floor is tiled. The additional floor heating offers special comfort. In the bright, friendly dining area, a high chair is available for our smallest guests.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, additional large freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher (Super Silence with time preselection)
The bathroom has a shower and WC. The washing machine and dryer are also located here. (Alternatively, a Leifheit rotary dryer is available)
The cosy sitting area invites you to read, snuggle up or watch TV (40'' and DVD).

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located approx. 3.5km from the North Sea in the north-west of Norden, the oldest town in East Frisia. It is located in an attractive and quiet building area where you can find both holiday homes and permanent residences. By bike, you can reach the beach in Norddeich, the harbour, cafés with a view of the lake, the seal station, the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool, a mini-golf course, an indoor playground and much more in about 15 minutes on idyllic field paths
Shopping facilities (Edeka) are close by. The shopping centre (Combi, Aldi, Lidl, DM, pharmacy, toom Baumarkt, Kik, Tedi) is only 3 minutes away by car. The pedestrian zone of the town can also be reached in 3 minutes by car; parking spaces can be found at the market square, among other places. The town can be reached on foot in approx. 12 minutes
The pizzeria "La Rustica", "Gittis Grill" and the "Frietbox" are popular restaurants, each about 1 km from the holiday home.
Those travelling with children will enjoy the sandpit in their own garden, nearby playgrounds and the swan pond. Recommended larger playgrounds are located in Norddeich (at the children's playhouse and at the Nazareth social centre) and in Greetsiel (adventure playground), which can be reached by car from the holiday home in 20 minutes and is always worth a visit. Other easily accessible excursion destinations are "Birgits Tiergarten" (Birgit's Zoo), the Lütetsburg Castle Park and the Ponyparadies Ostfriesland
Our holiday home is well situated for excursions in all directions, from a day trip to Norderney to visits to the coastal towns and associated beaches in Nessmersiel, Dornumersiel, Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel and Harlesiel, to a stroll through the towns of Aurich, Greetsiel, Emden. Especially the art gallery in Emden is always worth a visit.
When you return to the holiday home after an eventful day, you will enjoy the garden with its beautiful terrace, the cosiness of the house and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Two bicycles (1 ladies' bike, 1 men's bike) are available for our guests in the garden house. You can take a look at them in the picture gallery.
There are ferry connections to the islands from Norddeich and Emden.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum
Es ist ein tolles Haus, wo es absolut nichts auszusetzen gibt.
Die Fotos des Hauses sind genau so, wie wir es vorgefunden haben.
Für uns sind Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr wichtig, und alles hat gepasst.
Das Grundstück war durch eine gepflegte hohe Hecke nicht einsehbar und auch die Lage war top.
Unsere E-Bikes könnten wir sehr sicher in dem tollen Gartenhaus unterstellen, was für uns auch sehr wichtig war.
Also, für uns war das Haus perfekt.
