On the ground floor there is a hallway with a large table for 8-10 people, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper area with a large living room with seating areas and couch 'landscape' where 2-3 people can sleep. Through this living room is another bedroom with 1 double bed as well as 2 further beds.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is close to the village centre on a large garden plot/lawn. Short walk to the bathing area at Stolpsee. Other lakes are also within easy reach. Nearby you will find the Christmas post office of the Deutsche Post and the living room of the Weihnachtmann. The holiday home is also available for rent during the Christmas/Advent season and in winter. In Himmelpfort there is a village shop (100m), a café in the Christmas house, a chocolate factory and 2-3 restaurants

Sauberkeit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wir hatten mit 6 Personen gebucht. Platz war eigentlich genügend, aber es war sehr unsauber, die Küche sah am schlimmsten aus, wir säuberten alles selber, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Vermieter wurde informiert, wenig Einsicht. Außerdem hatten wir einen Wasserschaden in der Küche, der schon des längeren bekannt war, dieser wurde nur provisorisch behandelt. Für uns war es kein richtiger Urlaub, wegen des Ärgers mit dem Haus. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schön, es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Wir waren mit 3 größeren Kindern.

By adding extra beds and using the spacious couch landscape in the living room of the upper floor (here then passage room), the house can be used by 8 people.
