Great facilities in a central location in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The house has 3 bedrooms plus baby travel bed, bedroom 1 with double bed has a balcony, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, upstairs bedroom 3 with double bed and large balcony, washing machine, iron and ironing board, living room with dining area, air conditioning, HD satellite TV in German and English, stereo system, DVD player and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, roof terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, Parasol, terrace with awning. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the popular area of Orihuela Costa, Playa Flamenca, not far from the sea, maybe a 20 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Lidl and other supermarkets, the Punta Prima with restaurants and shops, Saturday market and Zenia Boulevard are within walking distance.
Orihuela Costa, Playa Flamenca is surrounded by inviting beaches where you can relax and enjoy the banana boat, pedal boats or swim and snorkel. For shopping, head to the Saturday Market and the Zenia Boulevard shopping center, which also has many restaurants. Apart from shopping, it also offers fun for kids, a casino, entertainment, shows and live music. After Torrevieja it is only 10 minutes, which are worthwhile. Walks on the promenade, small all - year fair, great restaurants, nightlife, exhibitions, Marina Salinas with great restaurants and bars, many sports facilities in the Marina International, such as surfing, sailing, diving, etc

Very beautiful house
The house has a very nice and quiet location.
You can easily walk everywhere and have everything nearby.
Each room in the house is equipped with its own air conditioning, which is available to you free of charge. Generally, the house is equipped with everything you need for everyday use.
If you want to wind down in the evening, you can do so undisturbed on the terrace or comfortably on the couch, as a smart TV is also available, on which you can watch Netflix & Co. :-)
The communal pool is very clean and you also have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun there.
You can reach the beach and Zenia Boulevard within 15-20 minutes on foot.
At Zenia Boulevard, you have many options to spend your free time.
All in all, it is a very nice and family-friendly house that we would visit again at any time. :-)

Recommended holiday home
Very clean and well-equipped holiday home. Even the pool, which is shared with several parties, is always clean and usually not overcrowded. Rental and on-site support were uncomplicated and very friendly. If you like this part of the Costa Blanca, with its tourist attractions, you are in good hands. We arrived by car and there was a parking space right outside the front door. The Saturday market, which takes place directly on the street, was an experience for us (fruit, vegetables, clothes etc.). Thank you very much for letting us spend our holiday there.

Location pas du tout conforme a l annonce 3km de la plage pour faire les courses petites courses vous pouvez les faire a pieds sinon voiture indispensable réveiller au aurore le marché et dans la rue de la location on a du mal a sortir de la maison de plus il faut déplacer votre voiture la veille au soir un conseille ne pas la mettre prés de l école car si vous en avez besoin en urgence vous ne pouvez pas la sortir pas de toilette au rez de chaussé attention si vous ne pouvez pas monter les escaliers trés mauvaises literies une chambre sans climatisation intenable mes enfants on du dormir sur les canapés de la salle a mangée des odeurs dégous au premier étage insoutenable dans les chambres surtout le soir le frigidaire qui ne refroidissait pas soit disant parce que on l ouvré trop la nuit on ouvre pas le frigidaire et le matin toujours le même résultat j ai jetté a plusieurs reprise de la nourriture propriétaire de mauvaise fois la personne qui s occupe de la location en son absence ne fait même pas le tour de la maison avec vous met on vous demande une caution ménage pas top des cheveux partout une piscine couverte avec un cadenas inacsséssible location pas conforme a l annonce je ne recommande pas cette location trés déçu de notre séjour depuis 6 ans que je loue a la zénia

Absolutes Chaos mit 6 Leuten von der ersten Minute an. Erst fragen sie nach dem Parkplatz, der vor dem Haus gekennzeichnet ist, dann bekamen sie die Hintertür nicht auf, obwohl der Schlüssel steckte. Wir haben in JEDER Etage eine Klimaanlage, das genügte wohl auch nicht. Deren Lieblingsstrand ist weiter weg, aber zum Strand an der Playa Flamenca läuft man ca. 20 Minuten und zum Zenia Boulevard ca. 15 Minuten. Dann wurde für 3 Wochen Getränke und Lebensmittel gekauft und in den Kühlschrank gestopft, auf Höchststufe 7 gestellt, bis er total vereist war. DER KÜHLSCHRANK FUNKTIONIERT EINWANDFREI, ER IST NEU! Das Hallenbad ist im Hochsommer abgeschlossen, wir haben draußen einen Pool. Es riecht auch nicht in der ersten Etage. Das war das erste und auch letzte Mal, dass ich einen Hund erlaube. Dass der Samstagsmarkt sich auf dieser Straße befindet, habe ich gesagt, war bisher kein Problem. Ich glaube, dass sie sich die Beschreibung nicht durchgelesen haben und das Haus nicht neben ihrem Lieblingsstrand war.

Super schöne Wohnung, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man bekommt gleich ein Gefühl von Zuhause. Buchung verlief total unkompliziert.
Top Lage, alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und auch der Strand ist sehr schön.
Nächstes Jahr wieder!

Beautiful house, great location :)
Really super equipped house in a great location.
The house is clean and very modernly furnished and offers everything your heart desires
The terrace and balconies were equipped with beautiful furniture and we enjoyed spending our evenings there.
Supermarkets, bars, playgrounds and the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre are within walking distance. The bus stop is also just around the corner. Absolutely super location!
The communal pool was always clean and great to swim in.
We loved the fact that the market was right outside the front door on Saturdays.
It will certainly not be the last time that we have rented this great house.
