The Holiday home
The house is a bungalow with two bedrooms that can each accommodate two people in double beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet.
In the kitchen are a gas stove dreiflammig and electric stove einflammig, as well as oven, refrigerator with freezer, double sink. Otherwise, the kitchen is equipped with all common appliances and utensils.
In the dining room there is plenty of tableware and cutlery and glasses.
The wine rack can be found in the dining room where they have a selection of local wines. It is requested to refill the wine rack when taking out wine.
The living room has a large sofa bed, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and some board games.
On the covered terrace you will find four sun loungers, a table and four garden chairs. The cushions for the loungers, table and chairs are in the newly built pool room, as well as the cleaning utensils and a vacuum cleaner. The swimming pool is 4 meters wide and 8 meters long and has a Roman staircase and a ladder. In the front area the pool has a depth of 80 cm, in the back 160 cm. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The house completely revolves around a concrete path in the garden. The garden is not fenced, but it can only be reached from the terrace via a staircase with a lockable door at the end.

Location and surroundings of object
Due to the higher location, the house offers perfect views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. On nice days you can even see the island of Ibiza.
The house is located on the Monte Pego, this is fully developed, so has a good infrastructure and good roads. The entrance to Casa Hetra is a bit steeper, but with any car without problems to deal with. In the driveway find 3-4 cars and on the street you will find parking lots in front of the house. The house is not barrier-free, however, there are only one step at the front and at the back door.
The house is located in the Urbanitzacio Monte Pego. The nearest city (Pego) is 10 minutes. by car, there are many shops. In just 10 minutes. El Verger is a German bakery, butcher and food market. The beach is also just 10 minutes drive. Seaside Resort; Mountain panorama and sea panorama. You have a stunning sea view. It is recommended to take a ride through the mountains and also to see the Spanish hinterland. Also recommended are cities like Benidorm and Elche with their sights. Or simply enjoy the peace and comfort of the mountain and sunbathe by the private pool. There are 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity: Oliva Nova Golf, Oliva * La Sella, Deni * Club de Golf, Javea * Golf Club Ifach, Calpe.
