In the southern part of Carinthia on the edge of the Nockberge mountains, we offer you three exclusive holiday apartments with a fantastic view all year round.
Our apartments are nestled in the beautiful Carinthian nature on a spacious, well-kept property.
Our south-facing apartments are located in paradise with a wonderful view of the Ossiach Alps and the Julian Alps.
Our holiday home is situated between Lake Wörthersee and Bad Kleinkirchheim in a quiet location at 800 m above sea level.
5 km northeast of 9560 Feldkirchen
4 km to the Goggausee with bathing beach and children's playground
12 km to the Ossiacher See or golf course in Moosburg
Approx. 25 km to Klagenfurt and the Wörthersee.

Our holiday apartment Gloria has 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, double washbasin and WC including washing machine and tumble dryer
The apartment is equipped with a generously furnished double bedroom and a small separate bedroom for one person.
On request you can get an extra bed.
The kitchen-cum-living room is well furnished and has an additional sofa bed for one person as well as a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine.
Furthermore, the holiday accommodation has a guest toilet, a conservatory with SAT-TV and W-LAN as well as a large terrace with garden furniture.
From the terrace you have an enchanting view of the beautiful undeveloped valley.
The bedroom has a generous glass front to the winter garden. From there you also have a wonderful view of the beautiful nature.
