The reed-roofed house, which was completed in 2015, has a direct and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, the island of Poel and Wismar Bay across the fields. The surrounding, large and beautiful garden offers you the opportunity to relax on the sun lounger and plenty of space for the children to play. On two terraces you can enjoy the sun all day in the garden in a beach chair or in comfortable garden furniture. In a large garden shed you will find a handcart and an electric barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. In addition, there are 2 spacious parking spaces on the property.
On the ground floor of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds and TV as well as a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, a large cosy living room (incl. wood-burning cooker, large TV, stereo and Blu-Ray player) with dining area and integrated kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, ) is available. Furthermore, there is a washing machine in the utility room on the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. In a modern full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC you can relax with a recreational bath or switch off under a spacious shower.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room provides cosy warmth.
The short walk of 400m to the nearby beach is also ideal, as are the extensive opportunities for cycling and walking along the Baltic Sea.

The holiday home is located a few kilometres behind Wismar. From the house, you can reach the very family-friendly natural beach of Zierow after only approx. 400m and experience the purest bathing pleasures here. The nearby Zierow holiday park also offers attractive leisure activities. You can play golf at the Hohen Wieschendorf Golf Club, four kilometres away
The Hanseatic city of Wismar, with its old town protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and a harbour for cruise ships, is 6 km away and can also be reached by bicycle via the Baltic long-distance cycle path.
