Our nicely furnished, air-conditioned 4-person flat has a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
Master Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (Samsung Flatscreen LED TV 28") , Guest Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, 1 1/2 Bathroom, Laundry with washer and dryer. Cable TV (Samsung Flatscreen LED HD TV 48" in the living room). The thermostatically controlled air conditioning has individual outlets in all rooms.
A cordless telephone for free local and national calls is available for our guests.

Our lanai offers a unique view of Sarasota Bay. Enjoy your own private waterfront dining and delight in the passing yachts. With a little luck, dolphins can also be spotted. The lanai is mosquito-protected and has sliding glass doors so you can enjoy the view even from the air-conditioned room.
Bed linen, bath towels, towels, a hair dryer and beach chairs are provided.
Let yourself be enchanted by the finest sand in the world on our private beach, which is pleasantly cool under your feet even on the hottest days.
Relax by the heated pool, play a tennis match on one of the two free tennis courts (tennis rackets are available) or work out in our community FITNESS ROOM.
Charter a motorboat and enjoy the beauty of Sarasota Bay or spend the day fishing.
End the day at a cocktail bar after a delicious meal at one of the many seafood or steak restaurants.
Kayak, bike, jet ski and motor boat rentals, as well as a small supermarket, restaurant and bar are within walking distance of Midnight Cove II.
By the way, did you know? On Siesta Key, you can rent a motorboat by showing your German driver's licence (you can drive it on the Intercoastal Waterway/Sarasota Bay).
If you leave the island by car in the direction of the mainland, it is about 5 minutes to the large supermarket Publix, the drugstore Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Restaurants such as Carabba's, the Longhorn or Outback Steakhouse, Olive Gardens, and the burger joint Five Guys are also a 5-minute drive away. Sarasota Square Mall is just a few miles away.

Siesta Key with its nature, beautiful beaches, picturesque sunsets, countless leisure activities, restaurants and bars has fascinated us for many years. It was soon clear that we had found our paradise in Midnight Cove II. The well-maintained tropical gardens overlooking Sarasota Bay and Marina, the new heated pool, tennis courts and barbeque area are the perfect place to unwind. The private beach area, accessible with only a few steps, the beautiful location of the pool offer best conditions for a family holiday. Snow-white icing sugar beaches, crystal clear sea with only a small swell and water temperatures that are often still around 25 °C in October make the holiday unforgettable.
