Principina Mare (Grosseto) has been awarded for several years: Blue Flag and 4 Legambiente Vele.
The house is housed in an elegant terraced complex, a few steps from the beautiful beach that stretches for a few kilometers, along the Maremma Natural Park. The dwelling is located on the first floor with private entrance and staircase from the lovely condominium inner garden. It is a relaxing holiday ideal for everyone, especially for families with children: the sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the wide beach of fine sand stretches for miles and is both free and equipped and affiliated. The seabed slopes gently. The luxuriant pinewood and the Mediterranean vegetation make the balsamic air. The climate is dry and mitigated by the breeze of the Mistral.

The shopping center is about 350 meters away and includes all kinds of services: bars, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, tobacconist, medical guard, tourist information. Excursions to the nearby Maremma Natural Park (with guided tours on foot, by bike, on horseback, carriage or canoe), to the seven islands in front of the Tuscan archipelago (including Elba, Giglio, Giannutri), to the ancient cellars of tuff to Pitigliano, Scansano and Montalcino, to the fantastic Terme di Saturnia, Sorano, Bagno Vignoni, to the exciting Etruscan excavations of Roselle, Vetulonia, Vulci, Cosa. The House is an hour from Siena, two hours from Rome, Florence, Pisa. Valid network of scenic cycling routes, possibility to practice swimming, wind-surfing, horse riding, tennis, golf.

A very cool place and a lovely owner ?
Very nice place for a vacation, nice well-equipped house, 5 minutes from the beach, great base for exploring Italy, great contact with the lovable and charming owner Daniela Baracchini, very much thank you and Arrivederci ???

Consigliatissima vacanza tra mare e pineta
La descrizione dell'annuncio corrisponde pienamente alla realtà, anzi gli ambienti sono più spaziosi rispetto alle foto. La grande terrazza è perfetta per prendere il sole e mangiare all'aperto sotto la veranda. C'è anche la comodità dei tre bagni per le quattro camere da letto. La casa è funzionale, ben arredata e molto pulita. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile a dare indirizzi interessanti di ristoranti e attrazioni da visitare. La posizione è perfetta, a 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Anche il piccolo centro commerciale si trova nelle vicinanze. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi vuole trascorrere una splendida vacanza al mare con la famiglia.
