Welcome to Casa Mendoza!
Your holiday starts right here. Your home is located only a flight of steps under the level of the road. Everything on one floor, a rarity in this hillside location. But it is exactly this hillside position, that enables you this breathtaking panoramic view of the green hills and Cala Canyelles and of course the azure blue water of the Mediterranean Sea.
Main house (4 persons)
The villa was built in 2014, is completely newly equipped and furnished and offers space for up to 6 people (with guest house). The two bedrooms are cosy and comfortably furnished. In the master bedroom you are woken up gently by the first sunbeams. Let your eyes drift across the azure blue ocean. The bedrooms are very homely and there is enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The bathroom in the main house lies between the two bedrooms. Perfekt for families with children or friends and relatives. It offers a shower at ground level, a big basin with base cabinet, an electric towel warmer, toilette and bidet.
From the modern living and dining area you have a panoramic view over the infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the ocean. You can cook some fresh, spanish culinary delights together in the fully equipped kitchen and let the dishes be done by the dishwasher. There is enough space for your food and beverages in the big american fridge with deep freezer, which is in a separate room directly next to the kitchen, where you will also find a washing machine.
Watch TV with international programs from the comfort of your couch, or look at a cosy fire in the fireplace.
The entire house is equipped with free WiFi, so that you can send your holiday impressions back home to your beloved ones. The aircondition creates a pleasant temperature on hot days.
Guest house (2 persons)
It is a special experience to stay in the guest house of Casa Mendoza. This was once a wine cellar "Bodega" and was restored and made into a guest house. Because of its special construction, it is pleasantly cool inside. The guest house has its own keys and is spatially separated from the main house, although it lies directly next to it. It has an own small terrace, where you can enjoy your privacy. Ideal for a holiday with friends and relatives. From the patio you have a wonderful view at an old olive tree, the infinity pool and the ocean.
The open bathroom is separated by a wall. In this bathroom you will also find a shower, a big basin with a base cabinet and a toilette. You can put all your belongings into a chest of drawers or into the walk-in closet. The guest house also has its own TV, a ceiling fan, WiFi, a small fridge and a Senseo coffee machine. What is better than to start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on your own terrace?
Patio
Enjoy the clear view of the ocean and the green hills surrounding you from the terrace. Simply divine! Take a sunbath on a deckchaire, swim some lanes in your private pool or relax on the shallow access steps. The view from the end of the infinity pool is a perfect photo scene. Take a cool drink in the jacuzzi at ground level and relax in the pleasant warm water. Pure luxury!
You can get to the terrace from the living and dining area and also from the main entrance.
The big dining table on the terrace has enough place for up to 8 people, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the first sunbeams of the day. The sun shines on the terrace till the early evening hours. Enjoy the last sunbeams in the comfortable lounge furniture of the pool house.
On the terrace you will also find a gas BBQ for cosy barbecue evenings while completing your day. Get a perfect suntan on one of the comfortable deckchairs. Beneath the pool level you will find another two small levels. On the first one you can also have a sunbath or read a book in peace. The second one is planted with citrus trees.

Your holiday home is situated in an idyllic location in the wooden hills between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, far away from the bustle of the town. The town center of Lloret de Mar is only about 10 minutes away by car. Here you can go shopping, find traditional restaurants and bars, enjoy the nightlife and many more things.
The seaside resort "Tossa de Mar" is only 15 minutes away by car to the North. This seaside resort is famous for its medieval fortress and its historical old town. Stroll along the promenade up to the remains of the former pirate´s fortress.
Only a few minutes away from Casa Mendoza you willl find the beach of Canyelles. There you can plunge into the waves and experience the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea at ist most beautiful.

Dream vacation

Holiday Casa Mendoza
We had a very nice stay at Casa Mendoza. The view was beautiful and the area (especially Tossa de Mar) was lovely. The house fully met our expectations and was clean and fresh. Yvonne and Thomas (the managers) were very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back to Casa Mendoza in the future.

Wonderful days in Casa Mendoza
We spent wonderful vacation days at Casa Mendoza. A great house with very good facilities. Everything is tastefully designed with many details and very clean. The entire process from the first inquiry to the on-site support is very professionally organized.

Magical memories
The beautiful photos that you can see of the apartment are all perfect and in reality are even better - hard to believe but it's true! We spent a large part of the week just sitting looking out at the view of the sky, sea and surroundings and it is idyllic.
The outside space is perfect. The pool house is a lovely relaxing place to fall asleep or to chill in the evening, the outside dining area is great for being together, the hot tub is very calming and the pool is perfect. The BBQ is very easy to use and we found this a great way to eat together.
The inside space was also spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need - it is so nice to stay somewhere where there is so much cutlery and plates so you don't have to put the dishwasher on after every meal :)
Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient as was dealing with check in via the house managers.
It is an easy 5 minute drive back to the main road and then Canyelles, Tossa and Lloret are within easy reach for beaches, shopping and eating out.
This is a wonderful place for 3 couples to relax together and we very much hope to return.

We pay close attention to comfortable accommodations when we travel, but this holiday home has exceeded all our expectations. The house lacked nothing, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, on the terrace, or by the pool. The only downside for us was the low beds and soft mattresses, which is certainly a matter of personal preference.
The view of the valley and the sea is simply breathtaking. The infinity pool and hot tub added to the luxury. There was often a light breeze, which made the temperatures quite pleasant.
The house is perfect for families with older children or befriended couples. The separate guesthouse is ideal for this purpose. We strongly recommend having a car for your holiday, as the house is situated on a hill and is approximately 5 km away from Lloret de Mar and the nearest shopping facilities. The somewhat steep roads make cycling more challenging. A special thanks goes to the managers, Yvonne and Thomas, who were always available and ready to help us at any time. Any issues were quickly resolved by the two of them. We can recommend this vacation home 100%.

Simply amazing. We stayed in this perfect vacation home for a week and enjoyed it very much. The pool, Jacuzzi, furnishings, location, and stunning views are just a few points that make it worth coming back. Great villa with stunning view
We have been looking for a vacation home like this for a long time. The view is amazing. Almost all rooms have a sea view, and what a view it is! From one bedroom, the living room, and the open kitchen with the adjacent dining area, you look down to the sea beyond the terrace. But the absolute highlight is the pool - or better said - the large terrace with the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. From both pools, you overlook the valley and the Costa Brava towards the sea. Especially in the evenings, the pool terrace in front of the house is indescribably beautiful. The pools can be illuminated in all sorts of colors with underwater lights. Incredibly beautiful is also the small, open hut at the end of the pool with its lounge furniture. On hot days, one can sit there wonderfully in the shade, and in the evenings, the setting sun shines directly in, allowing you to enjoy the last rays of sunlight. For us, the terrace and the view are always the most important things for a holiday villa in the South. And there is really nothing to complain about in this holiday home. This also applies to the interior of the villa. You can tell right away that the owners have furnished this holiday home for themselves and live there themselves for many months of the year. The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home and the furniture has nothing to do with the sometimes thrown-together furnishings in holiday homes. Everything was practically new and well-maintained. The extra cottage, which the owners call Bodega, is also great. It's like a small apartment with a double bed, shower room, own TV, fridge, coffee machine, and a small walk-in closet. This extra cottage is perfect if you are vacationing with friends or older children. It offers ample space and privacy for everyone. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Nejlepší dovolená , kterou jsem kdy měla.
Dovolenou, kterou jsem prožila s rodinou, tak rychle nezapomenu. Co se týče vybavení vily a její okolí včetně bazénu a vířivky , luxus jaký si jen člověk může představit. Fantastické restaurace s výborným jídlem, nejen španělské speciality, ale i jiné. Na příklad nedaleko Lloret de mar , Tossa de mar - super restaurace. Ve vile vybavení kuchyně vč. všech potřebných přístrojů . Televize , připojení k Internetu a pod. Kontakt na správce , který je ochoten pomoct v jakékoliv situaci, byl perfektní. Servis čištění bazénu, který je čištěn 2x týdne ,super .Vila shledána v naprosté čistotě, dostatek ručníků, vybavení veškerého nádobí (hrnce, porcelán, sklenice , příbory a pod.) , dostatek lehátek na terase , prostě všechno na prosto dokonalé. Mohu každému i náročným klientům jen doporučit. V každém případě mám zájem takovou dovolenou opakovat.

Perfect vacation in luxury villa!
The house is super beautiful and stylishly decorated. You can really feel the attention to detail in the tasteful furnishings. The house gets the sun early in the morning, and I especially enjoyed swimming a few laps in the warm pool at that time. In addition, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice - the perfect start to the day! The property is beautifully landscaped, and with 3 terraces, even in large groups, you can always find a place to relax. The communication with the landlords also worked great. It was a great 2 weeks, and I will definitely come back with my family again.

A dream vacation at a dream location
The reality corresponds to the photos and the description. The view is fantastic, especially when enjoyed from the Jacuzzi. Pure luxury! The house is absolutely clean and very tastefully and lovingly furnished, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The only small drawback of this dream location is that you actually have to get in the car for every errand. If that doesn't bother you, you can enjoy a holiday in a dreamlike environment. I will definitely come back again.
