Welcome to Casa Mendoza!
Your holiday starts right here. Your home is located only a flight of steps under the level of the road. Everything on one floor, a rarity in this hillside location. But it is exactly this hillside position, that enables you this breathtaking panoramic view of the green hills and Cala Canyelles and of course the azure blue water of the Mediterranean Sea.
Main house (4 persons)
The villa was built in 2014, is completely newly equipped and furnished and offers space for up to 6 people (with guest house). The two bedrooms are cosy and comfortably furnished. In the master bedroom you are woken up gently by the first sunbeams. Let your eyes drift across the azure blue ocean. The bedrooms are very homely and there is enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The bathroom in the main house lies between the two bedrooms. Perfekt for families with children or friends and relatives. It offers a shower at ground level, a big basin with base cabinet, an electric towel warmer, toilette and bidet.
From the modern living and dining area you have a panoramic view over the infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the ocean. You can cook some fresh, spanish culinary delights together in the fully equipped kitchen and let the dishes be done by the dishwasher. There is enough space for your food and beverages in the big american fridge with deep freezer, which is in a separate room directly next to the kitchen, where you will also find a washing machine.
Watch TV with international programs from the comfort of your couch, or look at a cosy fire in the fireplace.
The entire house is equipped with free WiFi, so that you can send your holiday impressions back home to your beloved ones. The aircondition creates a pleasant temperature on hot days.
Guest house (2 persons)
It is a special experience to stay in the guest house of Casa Mendoza. This was once a wine cellar "Bodega" and was restored and made into a guest house. Because of its special construction, it is pleasantly cool inside. The guest house has its own keys and is spatially separated from the main house, although it lies directly next to it. It has an own small terrace, where you can enjoy your privacy. Ideal for a holiday with friends and relatives. From the patio you have a wonderful view at an old olive tree, the infinity pool and the ocean.
The open bathroom is separated by a wall. In this bathroom you will also find a shower, a big basin with a base cabinet and a toilette. You can put all your belongings into a chest of drawers or into the walk-in closet. The guest house also has its own TV, a ceiling fan, WiFi, a small fridge and a Senseo coffee machine. What is better than to start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on your own terrace?
Patio
Enjoy the clear view of the ocean and the green hills surrounding you from the terrace. Simply divine! Take a sunbath on a deckchaire, swim some lanes in your private pool or relax on the shallow access steps. The view from the end of the infinity pool is a perfect photo scene. Take a cool drink in the jacuzzi at ground level and relax in the pleasant warm water. Pure luxury!
You can get to the terrace from the living and dining area and also from the main entrance.
The big dining table on the terrace has enough place for up to 8 people, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the first sunbeams of the day. The sun shines on the terrace till the early evening hours. Enjoy the last sunbeams in the comfortable lounge furniture of the pool house.
On the terrace you will also find a gas BBQ for cosy barbecue evenings while completing your day. Get a perfect suntan on one of the comfortable deckchairs. Beneath the pool level you will find another two small levels. On the first one you can also have a sunbath or read a book in peace. The second one is planted with citrus trees.

Your holiday home is situated in an idyllic location in the wooden hills between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, far away from the bustle of the town. The town center of Lloret de Mar is only about 10 minutes away by car. Here you can go shopping, find traditional restaurants and bars, enjoy the nightlife and many more things.
The seaside resort "Tossa de Mar" is only 15 minutes away by car to the North. This seaside resort is famous for its medieval fortress and its historical old town. Stroll along the promenade up to the remains of the former pirate´s fortress.
Only a few minutes away from Casa Mendoza you willl find the beach of Canyelles. There you can plunge into the waves and experience the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea at ist most beautiful.

Wonderful days in Casa Mendoza
We spent wonderful vacation days at Casa Mendoza. A great house with very good facilities. Everything is tastefully designed with many details and very clean. The entire process from the first inquiry to the on-site support is very professionally organized.

Magical memories
The beautiful photos that you can see of the apartment are all perfect and in reality are even better - hard to believe but it's true! We spent a large part of the week just sitting looking out at the view of the sky, sea and surroundings and it is idyllic.
The outside space is perfect. The pool house is a lovely relaxing place to fall asleep or to chill in the evening, the outside dining area is great for being together, the hot tub is very calming and the pool is perfect. The BBQ is very easy to use and we found this a great way to eat together.
The inside space was also spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need - it is so nice to stay somewhere where there is so much cutlery and plates so you don't have to put the dishwasher on after every meal :)
Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient as was dealing with check in via the house managers.
It is an easy 5 minute drive back to the main road and then Canyelles, Tossa and Lloret are within easy reach for beaches, shopping and eating out.
This is a wonderful place for 3 couples to relax together and we very much hope to return.

Erholung pur
Wir achten bei unseren Reisen schon sehr auf komfortable Unterkünfte, aber dieses Ferienhaus hat all unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Im Haus fehlte es an Nichts, ob in der Küche, im Bad, in Schlafzimmern, auf der Terasse oder am Pool. Ein einziges Manko für uns, waren die niedrigen Betten und weichen Matratzen, was aber sicherlich Ansichtssache ist.
Der Ausblick auf das Tal und das Meer ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Der Infinity-Pool und Whirpool rundeten den Luxus ab.
Es wehte öfters eine leichte Brise, welche die Temperaturen aber eher angenehm machten.
Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit älteren Kindern oder befreundete Paare. Das separate Gästehaus ist dafür ideal. Wir empfehlen für einen Urlaub unbedingt ein Auto, da das Haus auf einem Berg liegt und ca. 5 km von Lloret de Mar und nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt ist. Die doch etwas steileren Straßen erschweren das Fahrradfahren eher.
Eine besonderer Dank geht die Verwalter, Yvonne und Thomas, die immer erreichbar waren und uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite standen. Problemchen wurde durch die beiden schnell gelöst.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Einfach toll. Wir waren eine Woche in diesem perfekten Ferienhaus und haben es sehr genossen. Pool,Jacuzzi, Einrichtung, Lage und traumhafte Aussicht sind nur einige Punkte, für die es sich lohnt wieder zu kommen. Tolle Villa mit grandiosem Blick
Nach so einem Ferienhaus haben wir lange gesucht. Der Blick ist der Hammer. Fast alle Räume haben Meerblick, und was für einen! Aus einem Schlafzimmer, dem Wohnzimmer und der offenen Küche mit dem vorgelagerten Essbereich schaut man über die Terrasse hinweg hinunter aufs Meer. Ein absoluter Knüller aber ist der Pool – bzw. besser gesagt – die große Terrasse mit dem Schwimmbad und dem Jacuzzi. Aus beiden Pools schaut man über das Tal und die Costa Brava hinweg aufs Meer.
Vor allem Abends ist die Pool-Terrasse vor dem Haus unbeschreiblich schön. Die Pools lassen sich mit Unterwasserlampen in allen möglichen Farben beleuchten.
Unglaublich schön ist auch die kleine, offene Hütte am Kopf des Pools mit ihren Loungemöbeln. An heißen Tagen kann man dort wunderbar im Schatten sitzen, abends scheint die untergehende Sonne genau hinein, so dass man die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen kann.
Für uns ist die Terrasse und der Blick für eine Ferienvilla im Süden immer das Wichtigste. Und da gibt es in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich nichts zu meckern. Das gilt übrigens auch für das Innere der Villa. Da merkt man gleich, dass die Besitzer dieses Ferienhaus für sich selbst eingerichtet haben und viele Monate im Jahr selbst dort leben. Die Küche war besser ausgestattet als unsere zu Hause und auch die Möbel haben nichts mit den manchmal zusammengewürftelten Einrichtungen in Ferienhäusern zu tun. Alles war praktisch neu und top gepflegt.
Ganz toll ist auch das Extra-Häuschen, das die Besitzer Bodega nennen. Es ist wie ein kleines Appartement mit Doppelbett, Duschbad, eigenem Fernseher , Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und einem kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Dieses Extra-Häuschen ist perfekt, wenn man mit befreundeten Paaren oder älteren Kindern dort Urlaub macht. So hat jeder viel Platz und Privatsphäre.
Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nejlepší dovolená , kterou jsem kdy měla.
Dovolenou, kterou jsem prožila s rodinou, tak rychle nezapomenu. Co se týče vybavení vily a její okolí včetně bazénu a vířivky , luxus jaký si jen člověk může představit. Fantastické restaurace s výborným jídlem, nejen španělské speciality, ale i jiné. Na příklad nedaleko Lloret de mar , Tossa de mar - super restaurace. Ve vile vybavení kuchyně vč. všech potřebných přístrojů . Televize , připojení k Internetu a pod. Kontakt na správce , který je ochoten pomoct v jakékoliv situaci, byl perfektní. Servis čištění bazénu, který je čištěn 2x týdne ,super .Vila shledána v naprosté čistotě, dostatek ručníků, vybavení veškerého nádobí (hrnce, porcelán, sklenice , příbory a pod.) , dostatek lehátek na terase , prostě všechno na prosto dokonalé. Mohu každému i náročným klientům jen doporučit. V každém případě mám zájem takovou dovolenou opakovat.

Perfekter Urlaub in Luxusvilla!
Das Haus ist super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man spürt richtig die Liebe zum Detail in der geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Das Haus ist schon morgens in der Sonne und ich habe es besonders genossen, genau dann ein paar Runden im warmen Pool zu schwimmen. Dazu ein Glas frisch gepresster Orangensaft - der perfekte Start in den Tag! Das Grundstück ist schön bepflanzt und durch die 3 Terrassen findet man auch bei großen Gruppe immer einen Rückzugsort zum entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat auch super geklappt. Es waren tolle 2 Wochen und ich werde mit meiner Familie sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Ein Traumurlaub an einem Traumort
Die Wirklichkeit entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, vor allem wenn man sie vom Jakusi aus genießt. Der pure Luxus! Das Haus ist absolut sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige kleine Manko dieser Traumlage ist, dass man tatsächlich für jede Besorgung ins Auto steigen muss. Wen das nicht stört, der wird einen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung genießen können. Ich werde jedenfalls gerne wieder kommen.
