Description
The "garden house" offers enough space and comfort for max. 5 people and can be heated all year round with gas central heating. The living room with TV (DVB-T2) and radio/CD player (one sofa bed) and integrated kitchen are located on 50 m² of living space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and grill. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The garden house has 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. On the large terrace (south-west facing) you will find garden furniture and a barbecue and have a fantastic view of the water. Pets are not allowed in the garden house.

Location and surroundings of object
We rent out two holiday bungalows on separate water properties of approx. 300 square metres each. Each plot has its own boat and bathing jetty. The properties are separately fenced and are located on a private road. Our two holiday homes are located in the extreme south-east of Berlin, in the middle of the Märkische forest and lake landscape. From here you can explore Berlin as well as the beautiful nature of this region, also by bike or boat. From here you can easily reach the Spreewald, the city of Potsdam with its sights and numerous other destinations in Brandenburg and Berlin. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles on request.
To ensure that you are also mobile on the water, we cooperate with a nearby boat rental company "BOOT4ALL". As one of our guests, you will receive a 10% discount on the entire range of services.

| As of 2014, the state of Berlin has introduced an overnight tax of 5%, which we as landlords have to collect in addition to our rental price and pay to the tax office. The prices include bed linen and towels; We charge a service fee (for cleaning, water, sewage, electricity and rubbish) 70,00 € . For pets we charge 20,00 € once per stay. We ask for a deposit of 300,00 € per week when booking. In high season the balance is due 30 days before arrival, in low season on arrival on site. Bicycles cost € 10.00 per day. |

Wenn jetzt gebucht wird und die Reisebeschränkungen anhalten bzw. neue Reisebeschränkungen in Kraft treten, ist die Stornierung nicht mehr kostenfrei. Wir verrechnen die Anzahlung jedoch mit einer neuen Buchung/Umbuchung bis Ende des nächsten Kalenderjahres.

Beautiful short holiday
A beautiful bungalow with good facilities, large terrace, located directly on the water. Nice landlords. 5 min from the nearest supermarket and S-Bahn station.
Just the right place to relax!

Location and flat
Location and flat were excellent, quiet, lots of nature, very clean! All the usual household appliances were there, from coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and even dishwasher and washing machine! We didn't want for anything! The hosts were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.we enjoyed renting the boat and bikes and going on trips.we can recommend the flat 100% and will be happy to come back!

Wonderful relaxation oasis with warm-hearted landlords.
We have been there for the second time now and are still excited.
As the complete calmness and the entire surroundings with direct proximity to the lake invite to relax, the friendly landlords add to it.
The wooden house is well equipped and offers sufficient space. The garden is inviting for grilling and lingering, and fishing and swimming from the jetty are excellent.
We also used the additional bathing area for our child (3) which is only a few minutes away.
All in all, top-notch and we will come back :-) Warm greetings from Cologne.
