Description
Our stylish 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house (separate entrance to each apartment) and extends as a duplex apartment over 2 floors. In the upper area there is the living-dining area with the modern open kitchen (all necessary kitchen utensils available), the master bedroom with large double bed and large closet and the spacious bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A flatscreen TV and satellite TV are of course also available. In the basement (stairs integrated in the apartment) you will find the very spacious second bedroom with additional sleeping facilities, a large closet and another flat screen TV. The large balcony, which you reach from the living room as well as from the bedroom, the terrace in the lovely landscaped Mediterranean hillside garden as well as the further protected terrace in the entrance area for cool days make the holiday a pleasure. You park your car safely on our own parking space in the closed area. A gas heater provides comforting warmth on cooler days. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

On Lake Maggiore (Piedmont) on the idyllic west side in Belgirate near the fashionable Stresa is our 85 square meter stylish 3-room apartment for 3 persons with stunning panoramic views of the lake with large balcony overlooking the lake and in addition with a beautiful terrace in the garden also with a magnificent view of the lake. Its central location makes Belgirate an ideal base for exploring the lake and the hinterland. The quiet apartment with its own parking space and separate entrance is located in a small gated community with 2 houses, each with 4 apartments. Varied activities such as hiking, playing gold, water sports or strolling in Stresa, Arona or Verbania are waiting for you. By car you are in 5 minutes by the lake and in 10 minutes you reach the highway entrance to Milan, Novara or Turin.

Holiday at Lake
A very beautiful and well-maintained apartment. It has everything you need. When you open the shutters in the bedroom and living room, you have a beautiful view as seen in the pictures and immediately feel like you're on vacation. Nice contact with the landlords from Germany. Smooth process from beginning to end.
We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly book it again for our next visit to Lake Maggiore.
