The apartment building is equipped with a lift and its own parking (non-guaranteed), a bicycle and a wheelchair. The building is adapted for the disabled. The location right next to the coastal forest line guarantees peace and quiet. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Bathroom with a shower. Bedroom with double bed (sleeping x 2m), large wardrobe, commodity, TV, Wi-Fi, Radio with CD, iron, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, garden furniture on the terrace, beach screen. External terrace with a table.

Location and surroundings of object
Świnoujście, island of Wolin, at the end of the promenade surrounded by a forest, right next to the bike path. To the border of about 1 km through a beautiful bike path. The nearest Aquapark about 20 min. bicycle ride in Ahlbeck. Peace and quiet, on the terrace you can hear birds and the sound of the sea.

Entspannter Urlaub, Strandnah ,immer wieder
Super Lage für einen entspannten Urlaub.
Wohnung ,Umgebung und Strand modern und gepflegt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr flexibel und freundlich.
Auch die nette Dame zur Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr freundlich.
Wir würden hier immer wieder unser Urlaub verbringen.
