Experience our spacious town villa in one of the most lovable villages on the island of Rügen. The former craftsmen's village of Gingst has a pretty market square with small shops and several restaurants. Furnished with lots of light and painted in friendly red, this villa pampers its guests on 190 sqm of living space and without sloping walls on the upper floor. The indoor wellness area with sauna, coloured light therapy and beautiful relaxation room make the holiday home something holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm plot and has a walnut tree that invites you to climb. The house has been furnished in Mediterranean style and light colours. Sand-coloured leather furniture and a dining area at floor-to-ceiling windows additionally create a cosy atmosphere. Cosy parquet flooring and practical tiles harmonise perfectly with the striking real wood staircase. The windows in the living room have been fitted with special solar control glazing, which ensures a pleasant climate all year round.

Location and surroundings of object
Families with children will enjoy the nearby Rügen Park with its rides and lovingly built miniatures of famous buildings. Those interested in culture will find a charming crafts museum, the church as well as interesting parks and manor houses in the surrounding area. For swimming, head to the island of Ummanz in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Wide, shallow stretches of water also invite you to go surfing. Pomeranian Rauwoll sheep and Haflingers graze on the flat island, and cranes rest there in autumn. Because it is fenced in and has a lockable garden gate, children can play unsupervised. The family dog can also romp around freely at this holiday destination in the west of the island of Rügen.

We have furnished this holiday home with great attention to detail and a sense of practicality. The seating set and dining chairs are upholstered in easy-care leather. And should guests ever come - the chairs from the bedroom in the same design complement the dining area to form a large table. The viewing pleasure is enhanced by a Blue Ray player and a home cinema system from Harman/Kardon. If desired, soft music accompanies guests in the sauna. Families feel particularly at home because there is a separate play corner with toys for children.

Relaxed holiday
A wonderful holiday
We, (2 adults with 2 children) were guests for a week in this beautiful and bright flat
It was a great base for our holiday on Rügen (Gingst)
Lots of space on two levels - just great! The flat is furnished to a very high standard and the bedrooms offer plenty of space and peace for a restful sleep. We especially liked the two bathrooms, so that you can easily spend a great holiday with several generations. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail - we felt completely at home and will definitely be back.

Hundefreundlich?-Von wegen!
3 Tage nach Abreise erhielten wir eine nette Mail, man würde sich auf unseren nächsten Besuch freuen. Doch am Tag darauf wurde uns dann unterstellt, einen zweiten Hund dabei gehabt und diese auf Bett und Couch gelassen zu haben. Hundehaare in den Wolldecken wurden als "Verschmutzung" bezeichnet, man musste diese angeblich entsorgen.
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und EINEM Hund(Mops) dort, den wir angemeldet hatten. Unsere Kaution wurde einbehalten. Unverschämt!

Wenn die Vorgaben, die sowohl im Angebot als auch im Mietvertrag klar beschrieben sind, befolgt werden gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Dieses Haus ist sehrwohl hundefreundlich.
