Fantastic location. Easy walk to the lake shore in Manerba. There is any water sports possible, or just relaxing on the beach.
In Manerba Bay there are many ways to take home unique experiences.
Often the offshore Rabbit Island (isola dei conigli) is within walking distance, or always with a small ferry.
You can rent plenty of rental boats with 40 hp engines, which you can drive on Lake Garda without a boat driver's license.
The house is also close to the center with many events and restaurants, all within walking distance.
That is invaluable today. Who does not want to accompany his dinner with a glass of typical Lake Garda wine.
Nearby are also the small towns: Salò and Desenzano.
Excursions to Verona, Venice or Milano and Bergamo are essential.

Very beautiful holiday
The property has a very good location, as several restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The facilities are praiseworthy - a highlight is the pool table, which is a great way to spend the evenings. The pool is absolutely great. All in all, the house can only be recommended.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir (2 Familien, 8 Personen) haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, angefangen von der Küchenausstattung über den Billardtisch bis zum Grill. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Kinder waren begeistert. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Privatstraße, sodass kaum Publikumsverkehr herrschte. Zum See sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß, der Strand war alles andere als überfüllt. Gaststätten gibt es auch genug, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Super Urlaub!
Das war unser erster Urlaub mit den Kindern und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder zw. 1-3. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt vor Ort war alles prima. Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll, der Pool mega und zum See hat man es vllt 15 min zu laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, sodass die Kleinen beim Mittagschlaf oder Abends keinerlei Probleme hatten.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Top Urlaubsvilla
Wir haben im August für 2 Wochen in der Villa geurlaubt.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig -wie das gesamte Anwesen.
Besonders herauszuheben ist der sehr grosse Pool!
Die Lage ist ruhig nahezu ohne Publikumsverkehr und zum Ufer des Gardasee's ist es wirklich nur ein Katzensprung.
Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa Vanina!

Perfekte schöne Villa
Sehr schöner Urlaub mit wunderbarem Haus. Ziemlich luxuriös. Auch die Abwicklung war einfach und nett. Nur die vielen Moskitos störten, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Zudem sind in allen Zimmern Fliegengitter angebracht.
Den einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein elektronisches Dart für den UG-Bereich würde dem ganzen noch ein Sternchen aufsetzen.
