The 55sqm large, modern furnished holiday flat in the basement, offers space for 4 persons. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, a living area with additional sofa bed (foldable), satellite TV, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4 plate cooker with ceramic hob, refrigerator, etc.
The house has an enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue area as well as free W-LAN
A lockable bicycle shed to store your bicycles is also available free of charge
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the beds are already made upon arrival.

Location and surroundings of object
Many sights in the UNESCO Nature and Geopark Vulkaneifel are within easy reach. The legendary Nürburgring can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. In Daun, a spring, the 'DREES', bubbles up iron-rich drinking water, not only very delicate and spicy, but also very healthy according to scientific research. A visit to the Daun Maare is also a must, as there are very good hiking and swimming opportunities there. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is right on the doorstep and you can cycle along the old upgraded railway line all the way to the Moselle. A special excursion destination is the legendary Nürburgring, which is located at a distance of 20 km. Many destinations on the Moselle can be reached quickly.
In Mehren you will find a doctor, baker and a small grocery shop in the immediate vicinity. In the neighbouring village, at 558m, on the high Steineberger Ley, you will not only find a prehistoric stone ring wall from the time around 200 BC, but also the volcano information platform, a platform raised by another 24m from which a distant view of up to 70km as the crow flies is possible
Koblenz is about 60km away. Germany's oldest city, Trier, is only 35 minutes away by car and invites you to go sightseeing and shopping
