A holiday home has 5 separate apartments with a total of 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 7 toilets, 2 small kitchens, the large country kitchen on the ground floor with an adjoining large dining room and adjoining garden with garden furniture, pavilion, and outdoor grill.
Optimal privacy for the large family and couples traveling together.
I also recommend my holiday home for family gatherings and family celebrations. Several birthday parties have already taken place here. House for private use. Skilled room layout.
Free public transport for my guests for the duration of their stay in one of my holiday properties.
The house has Wi-Fi and can be used for small meetings and home office.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Neumagen-Dhron, Germany's oldest wine village, close to the Moselle.
From here you can start your activities; hiking, cycling and sightseeing tours.
Our surroundings have their charm in every season, in spring when everything is green and in bloom, in summer when the grapes ripen here, in autumn when the winegrowers bring in their harvest and in winter when you can still go on beautiful hikes along the Moselle and the vineyard paths.
Visit our numerous wine taverns and street festivals and let the winegrowers spoil you with typical Moselle food and delicacies from the wine cellar.
My recommendations; hike along the Moselsteig and the Römersteig with wonderful views of our holiday region, our romantic Moselle.
Visit the ancient Roman city of Trier, the medieval towns of Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.
For sports enthusiasts, I recommend a visit to the climbing park or one of our numerous swimming pools.
Visit the sports centre in Thalfang, Germany's unique Glaubersalztherme in Bad Bertrich, the Moseltherme in 'Traben-Trarbach or the Cascade adventure pool in Bitburg.
Walk in the footsteps of the Romans and take part in a guided sightseeing tour. Take part in a tour on a replica Roman ship or cycle along the Moselle. There are countless ways to pass the time here. Book a wine tasting at the winegrower's for yourself and your group, including a menu and typical Moselle food.
The house is also ideal for a smaller group of business travellers. You have the house at your sole disposal.

Vacation with friends who are couples
We had a very pleasant vacation here. Mrs. Leyendecker-Berkele has a very well-kept winery house here that she rents out to vacationers. We particularly liked the privacy here. Guests have the house for their exclusive use. We were able to spread out with 10 people throughout the entire house. Thank you and we will definitely come back.

Family weekend
The house is very well equipped with a lot of love (dishes, Senseo coffee maker, three filter coffee machines, coffee filters, spices, baking paper, kitchen paper, cleaning agents, dishcloths, dishwasher, ...). We cooked for 11 people and grilled in the garden. Everything was clean.
There are some restaurants near the house and it is a good starting point for excursions. In the communal room, you can comfortably eat or spend a game night. The contact with Mrs. Leyendecker-Berkele was uncomplicated and very friendly. She has decorated the older house with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable.

Holiday with befriended couples
The holiday home is located about 200 meters from the Moselle River.
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home.
The rooms are very well-maintained and furnished with attention to detail.
We had a sustainable holiday here:
There is a free parking lot not far from the holiday home, Mrs. Leyendecker-Berkele provides free Wi-Fi and free public transport for her guests.
In good weather, you can barbecue in the garden.
We used the holiday to celebrate a round birthday.
We will come back.

Christmas stay with the extended family.
We stayed here with our 3-generation family and felt very well taken care of by Mrs. Leyendecker-Berkele. The holiday home is very spacious, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. In good weather, the garden with garden furniture, gazebo, and charcoal grill can be used. We are planning to stay here for a round birthday celebration next year. We will come back.
