The Holiday home

Bastide des Amandiers is a very beautiful and stylish furnished house near the city of Draguignan. The house is spacious and has on the ground floor a large living room with round games corner and a second large sitting area with TV; Radio / CD player, fire place and wireless internet. On the other side there is a spacious dining room with 8 person dining table. The entire living room has large sliding doors overlooking the garden and pool.
In addition to the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, 4-burner stove (2 induction and 2 gas), oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker. In the kitchen there is a second refrigerator and a washing machine. There is a Sonos sound system in the house available.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with air conditioning, which has a sliding door to the garden and beautiful view of the pool. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and double wash basin.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a third bathroom on the ground floor just next to the living room. There is also a fourth bathroom near the pool with shower, sink and toilet.

Location and surroundings of object

Bastide des Amandiers heeft een zeer fraai aangelegde, geheel omheinde tuin van 8800m2 en er is volledige privacy. Via een statige toegangspoort en oprijlaan komt u beneden bij de woning. Daar is een garage en nog parkeergelegenheid voor 3 auto's. De tuin van de woning is met veel liefde aangelegd en heeft vele bloeiende exotische planten en palmen, waardoor het een waar paradijsje is.

In de tuin voor de woning is een schitterend uitzicht over de vallei van Draguignan. De woning ligt op een zuidhelling boven de stad en heeft de hele dag de zon. Onder andere de 3 grote Murier plataanbomen in de tuin geven voldoende schaduw om tijdens de zomer heerlijk onder te liggen of te eten.

Er is een enorm groot zwembad bestaande uit twee delen verbonden met een waterval. Het lager gelegen bad heeft een organische vorm en is ongeveer 10x6m met een inloopstrand (ideaal voor kleine kinderen). Het bovenste zwembad is ongeveer meter en heeft een fontein in het midden. Een heerlijk bad om in te zitten met schitterend uitzicht over de tuin en de omgeving. Naast het zwembad is een extra badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet.

Rond het zwembad zijn 8 ligbedden en er is naast de keuken een overdekt terras met eettafel en buiten een barbecue op kolen. Tevens is er jeu de boules baan op het terrein aanwezig en een groot grasveld voor kinderen om te kunnen spelen. Er is ook een pingpong tafel aanwezig.

Deze villa geniet een uiterst rustige ligging in een mooie, luxe villawijk boven de stad Draguignan. De woning ligt op ongeveer 2 kilometer van het centrum, waar u de bakker, slager, visboer, diverse supermarkten, terrassen en restaurants vindt. In de omgeving zijn er talloze wijnchateaux en de bekende Provençaalse markten. Aanrader is de zaterdagochtend markt in Draguignan en de dinsdagochtend markt in Lorgues. De stranden van Frejus en St. Tropez zijn gelegen op 35 km afstand. De steden Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers zijn allen binnen 1 uur te bereiken.
