Description
The house is suitable for 4 persons and has two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week. A spacious sun terrace invites you to sunbathe, read or relax. Following the pool is in a small outbuilding an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, shower, toilet and washing machine housed. So you can spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Another outdoor dining area is located on the back side of the house. The roof terrace is accessible from the outside and offers views of the sea and part of the village.
The 3000 m large property is fenced and accessible via a private road with 2 electric gates only for authorized persons.
The house is very bright due to its many windows (including 3 large sliding windows in the dining area). Thanks to central heating, the open kitchen and a cozy living room with satellite TV, this residence is also very comfortable to live in during the transitional period and in winter.
The garage house is located next to the main building and can accommodate a car.

The nearby sandy beach, as well as shops and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. Other long sandy beaches with water sports, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, hotels and a marina can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle. One kilometer from the house is a nature reserve (Sierra d'Irte), a virtually untouched mountain range with two castles, small monasteries and several old watchtowers and a long natural beach. This mountain range is up to about 500 m high and offers miles of bike and hiking opportunities, graceful views of an intact nature and a wonderful view of Peniscola and about 20 km from the archipelago Columbretes. We will come back!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Casa Moyà. The house is cozy and homely, especially with very comfortable sofas. The view from the rooftop terrace and the indoor dining area is fantastic. Particularly noteworthy is the peace and quiet and the large garden plot with bird chirping and butterflies. The equipment and the beds were good, we lacked nothing. The contact via email and WhatsApp was uncomplicated. We were warmly welcomed and instructed. Many thanks to Teresa!! Although there were no problems, it was reassuring to know she was on site. For our hikes, the travel time (February / March) was ideal and the weather was much better than we expected. We sat on the rooftop terrace every evening at sunset and even had breakfast outside a few times. There is always a sheltered spot on the large plot.

Wonderful holiday in Casa Moya
The holiday home is large, clean, and very lovingly designed and decorated. You immediately feel at home and very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the house. There are even very good books to read. The pool is very large, clean, and well maintained. The view of the sea is fantastic, beautiful, and soothing. The terraces are spacious. There is even an outdoor shower, a bathroom on the terrace where the pool is located. The barbecue is nice and large, and there is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, which is also well maintained and clean. We are enchanted and enjoyed our holiday very much in Casa Moya. Everything was uncomplicated, the landlords very relaxed and likeable. You feel like a VIP. There is a large garage. There is an electric gate, which makes you feel safer. The location is also highly recommended. Long story short, we can fully recommend Casa Moya holiday home. We felt very comfortable there, and our child also had a lot of fun and space there. Thanks at this point to the caretaker of the holiday home and the landlords.

Very gladly again and again
Very quiet location with an priceless view of the Mediterranean Sea.
A very relaxing feeling immediately set in. The property is very well maintained, everything you need is available. The landlady is incredibly sympathetic. Suitable for a family with 2 children.
