Rest, relaxation, typical Istrian surroundings with old stone houses, olive groves and vineyards, as well as just a stone's throw away the most beautiful coastal towns of Istria such as Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad. The house itself is built in bungalow style and offers a pleasant living ambience on about 120 square meters, with panoramic terrace, a barbecue area, a garden of about 900 square meters and a pool with 6 x 4 meters. Located on the tranquil outskirts of Vižinada, within walking distance of mini-market and café.

Gorgeous hiking trail with history
The holiday bungalow is located only a few hundred meters from the roadside of the old Parenzana railway line, which until 70 years ago connected the Italian Trieste with Porec. The once so important for freight and passenger transport route has given way to a wonderful long-distance hiking trail. Today, the old Parenzana railway line without rails, well signposted and in full length to wander or cycle on. Through untouched nature, over impressive viaducts and past the agritourismi inviting to rest. The house is located on the edge of Istria's truffle forests and accordingly, there are restaurants in the vicinity with truffle specialties. Local wines and, depending on the season, delicacies such as wild asparagus, boletus mushrooms, truffle products and more can also be bought in the neighboring towns of Groznjan, Motovun and Livade. The way to the sea with many bays and bathing places is about 15 to 20 minutes by car.

The holiday bungalow is very popular due to the particularly well-balanced price / performance ratio, especially for families & individual travelers. Also, it is ideal for a "cozy week with friends" or "romantic days for two".
