This 2-room holiday flat is located in a house with several guest flats. It is approx. 50 m² and is located approx. 2 minutes from the beach. Living room, separate bedroom, fully equipped, separate kitchen with cooker, oven and refrigerator, bathroom/WC, TV and radio, large furnished south-facing balcony, underground parking space. The flat can be occupied by a maximum of 2 people. Please do not bring pets.

Moin moin and welcome to Grömitz, the Baltic Sea resort on the sunny side of Schleswig-Holstein, in the Bay of Lübeck.
The Baltic seaside resort of Grömitz, with its more than 200 inhabitants, has grown from a fishing village to one of the largest Baltic seaside resorts in Schleswig-Holstein.
The 3.8 km long beach promenade with its many restaurants, cafes and boutiques invites you to stroll and linger.
In Grömitz you will also find a pedestrian zone and shopping street with various shops, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and supermarkets.
The new harbour complex, the yacht harbour with its sailing ships, yachts and sports boats, as well as the spa gardens with a small lake, invite you to relax.
At the end of the longest pier in Schleswig-Holstein, from which you can also take boat tours, you also have the opportunity to dive into the Baltic Sea with the Grömitz diving gondola and observe the sea creatures.
With the "Rasender Benno", a mini train, you can comfortably get to know a part of Grömitz.
As of 2015, you can also enjoy the "Grömitzer Welle" swimming pool with wave pool, water slide and sauna area.
Those who like to do sports can do so on the 18 - and 9 - hole golf course Grömitz, a tennis court, the soccer field, mini golf or various water sports like surfing, sailing or diving.
Many events, such as Ostsee in Flammen, Lichtersommer, Musik über dem Meer, NDR 2 Sommerparty in Kurpark, Klosterfest in Cismar, etc., help to make your holiday more varied. The Grömitz tourism service also offers daily activities such as beach walks, bicycle tours, walking, etc.
The new Grömitz-Lensterstrand adventure centre also has a climbing park for the very brave.
The immediate surroundings of Grömitz with its steep shore and dune beaches are also pure relaxation.
In cosy courtyard cafés in Lenste and Cismar you can enjoy coffee and homemade cakes and tarts.
For day trips to Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, Neustadt in Holstein, Travemünde, Lübeck or Eutin, Grömitz is the ideal starting point.

Recommendable holiday flat
We enjoyed our short holiday at the end of April in this bright, spacious and functionally furnished flat. Very clean and quiet. Only our Phaeton did not fit into the box in the underground garage. But with a compact or mid-size car, that would certainly not be a problem either.
All in all, a very recommendable holiday flat.
