The Holiday home

Start your day with a refreshing bath in the private, 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m till 1.8m. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the six loungers and have a refreshing exterior shower in between times. There is a furnished porch where to make a tasty barbecue, surprising your family and friends. This modern villa is located in a quiet urbanisation with direct neighbours.

The porch gives access to a stylish sitting-dining room where you can watch a film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen, including an induction hob, is fully equipped. There is a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet is located on the ground floor.

A staircase leads from the bright living area to the first floor with three twin bedrooms, all of them with wardrobe or dressing room and fan. Besides, the first bedroom has a bath en-suite with bathtub and access to a terrace. There's a second bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

The small town of Son Carrió is near Sant Llorenç and just a few minutes driving from the fine grained sand beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot. Both offer a wide range of cafés, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Son Servera and Pula Golf are within a radius of approximately 10 km. More spots of touristic interest are the Drac Caves in Porto Cristo, the safari zoo in Cala Millor and the charming medieval village of Artà.
