Description
The villa was built in 2012. The construction was provided with high architectural design
and with 300 m2 of living space built with high quality materials.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a dressing room and integrated bathroom with shower/WC and washbasin. Equipped with roof fan and air conditioner in the bedroom. Window front on the whole width, as well as terrace in front with seating possibility.
Between the bedrooms is a living room with air conditioning. The terrace runs the entire length of the house (14m)
The ground floor is reached via a staircase in the house, with beautiful lighting.
The ground floor is at ground level and includes a modern kitchen (European appliances), large dining table, living room, a double bedroom and a guest toilet. Ideal for children.
Outside there is a 14m pool with shower and terrace. Pool water is chlorine free.
A walkway leads to a sala with table and chairs. In front is a sunbathing area with deckchairs for sunbathing.
The entire complex is situated in a large park with very beautiful plants. The private access road
directly in front of the house is covered at the entrance. The vehicles can be parked on two covered carports.

Santi Thani is a valley basin with about 130 villas. The development is directly on Ring Road
Santi Thani is west of Koh Samui. The villa ST 75 is situated on a hill crest and therefore has a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding islands (Kho Pangan, Koh Tao, Bird Island, Marina Park)
Access is easy by car or moped (150cc).
In a few minutes you are at the beach or in the restaurant.

A wonderful holiday
As I said, a dream holiday in a dream villa.
Everything is super clean and equipped with plenty of comfort. The pool with its view is brilliant, wherever you look, everything is green.
The house manager `Adul` is always available by phone and the requests we had were dealt with immediately.
Here again a big thank you to Adul.
We rented both villas, Seabreaze and ST 75 last year and this year and are thrilled.
These are holidays that you do not forget. An all-round successful and relaxing holiday.
We will definitely be back
