The 'LUXURY GARDA HOUSE PROPRIETY' is a large property located in the hilly area of Toscolano Maderno, completely surrounded by nature and surrounded by ancient olive trees.
It is a unique and very nice environment, a real paradise where you can enjoy one of the most exciting views of Lake Garda and live your regenerating holiday.
The property can be reached from two different roads: via a normal panoramic asphalt road and a much shorter unpaved road that crosses the hill.
The nearest bar is about 1 km from the villa, 2 restaurants nearby, shops and beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car.
This location is much appreciated by German, British and American customers who are amazed by the view.
