Sainte-Marie la Mer at Perpignan is a very nice family-friendly resort.
It has a nice and well-kept beach. Almost every day events are held - mostly free of charge.
Leisure activities: golf, tennis, miniature golf, hiking, horseback riding, beach volleyball, fishing etc.
Many sights in the region and interesting excursions. Almost daily you can find markets (flea markets) in Sainte-Marie or in the closer vicinity.
You will never get bored.
Shopping possibilities nearby.

lovingly furnished house, with great equipment
The holiday home is modern, with all comforts and plenty of space. Two bathrooms with shower facilities are an added bonus. The two terraces in front and behind the house are also very practical, so you can always find a shady spot. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, so it is very quiet. There is a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the beach in the immediate vicinity. There are many excursion possibilities in the surrounding area. The contact with the landlord is quick, easy and very cordial.

Very nice well kept holiday home
Our family of 3 visited the cottage from 1.7-14.7.2018. First of all I have to say, we found the house with a welcome message and a bottle. Tip top clean. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace behind the house leaves enough space for privacy. The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, 1 with bathtub, which was also very pleasant when everyone wants to use the bathroom after a visit to the beach. The beach is about 300m away and was not crowded (at least during our stay). Pleasant. The landlord visited us on the 2nd day. When he is on site, he lives only a few houses away and always has tips ready. Where to see what is worthwhile....I can only recommend the accommodation.
