Description
5 comfort rooms with TV, each with shower/WC, mini safe and underfloor heating. Large lounge (approx. 98 sqm) with satellite TV, x-box, internet, pool table, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher + washing machine, coffee machine), dining table, couch set, open fireplace
The house was completely renovated in the 80s and is being renovated continuously. There is underfloor heating throughout the house
On the upper floor are our 5 double rooms.
On the large terrace you can enjoy the sunset in our new garden furniture or barbecue together.

Our former farm located just outside of Buchenberg, nice and quiet in the countryside on a hill with stunning views to the mountains and the Zugspitze - and makes it excellent, with us a few days to take a break at the beautiful Allgäu spectators. Buchberg itself situated between meadows and forests, surrounded at a height of about 850 m above sea in the pre-Alpine hills and moorland on the southwestern edge of the Kempten Iller basin. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, swimming indoors and outdoors. Golfing in close proximity to Golf Club Wiggensbach - Germany's highest discount, riding: virtually everything in close proximity. In winter, many cross-country trails, ski lifts on site, short drive to challenging ski areas.

Since 2010 we produce electricity from Solar energy, more than we can consume ourselves and make our contribution to environmental protection. Our "Non smoking house" has a heart for smokers, a large ashtray is located on the doorstep. In outer space games you will find a table tennis table, football table and a dart board.

The best we've ever had ...
For many years we have been looking for a suitable house for a family reunion in three generations. This time it was an absolute hit ! The spacious hotel-like rooms, the huge, tastefully and functionally furnished lounge, the modern kitchen, the furnishings, the technology, the location, etc. fulfil every wish. The impressive presentation on the internet really does not promise too much. - After unforgettable days we unanimously decided: We will come back every year !

shopping facilities: Alles in erreichbarer Nähe vorhanden - gutes Warenangebot - auch eine Käserei fehlt selbstverständlich nicht.

Pure relaxation
We had a wonderful family weekend. The house is even more spacious than I imagined, with a beautiful view. The interior is very nice, just as you would expect in a farmhouse in the Allgäu region. There is enough to keep you entertained in the house (billiards, table tennis, Xbox, foosball...) and the surrounding nature is simply magnificent. Definitely recommended!

Traumhafter Familienurlaub
Seit Jahren verbringen wir hier unseren Familienurlaub mit 4 Generationen. Das Haus ist perfekt für unsere "Großfamilie", jeder hat ein getrenntes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, selbst der Kleinste mit 16 Monaten hatte viel Platz im Badezimmer.
Der rießige Aufenthaltsraum und Terassenbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen, Ruhe pur mit Blick auf die Berge.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt total abseits umgeben von grünen Wiesen, ideal zum Abschalten und Relaxen. Zum Frühstück auf der Terasse kann es sein, dass einen die Kühe von der benachbarten Weide zuschauen:)Idylle pur!
free time activities: Zu Fuß ist ein Badesee erreichbar, zum Bäcker kann man morgens auf wunderschönen Rad-/Walking/Joggingwegen gelangen. Will man mehr Action, kann man in Kempten auch Quads-oder Canyoing-Touren machen.
shopping facilities: Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurants sind ca. 2 Kilometer entfernt, in Kempten kann man nach 10 Fahrminuten schön bummeln, Samstags ist dort ein schöner Wochenmarkt.

wunderschöner Osterurlaub 2011
Solch ein großartig ausgestattetes Haus, dazu noch in dieser Lage und dann noch extrem hilfsbereite Vermieter- da muß man lange suchen. jederzeit kommen wir wieder und können einen Aufenthalt in Buchenberg nur empfehlen.

Great class.
Quiet location, great surroundings for hiking / swimming (summer...) / cycling / quad-testing / all-round relaxation, great views of the mountains, good air, friendly and helpful landlords -- what more could you want? And then also an extra-comfortably equipped holiday home right in the middle of this landscape
This was not our first time there and we will be back.

shopping facilities: Auf dem Land sind 5Minuten zum Bäcker (Auto) sehr gut. Kempten mit allem, was man braucht, ist gleich um die Ecke.
