Robinson type cottage, beachfront, surrounded with pine trees. Ideal for a couple. Beach is merely 10 meters away. 40m2 cottage + 500m2 plot.
Property is accessible only by boat. At check-in we bring you with our speedboat and at check-out we drive you back. Simple as that. (: Nearest parking place is 4 km away. If you need to rent a boat and want to be more mobile, please contact us.
Security deposit of €300 must be paid at arrival in cash and is fully refundable at your check-out.

This is robinson type of accommodation and there's no air-condition system. You and the nature in its fullness. Also, since this is the property surrounded with forest, therefor the nature, one has to be aware that one will spot bugs and small wild animals. This is perfectly normal and you don't have to have fear about this as these little bugs and animals are more frightened of you than you of them. (:
The cottage is located above the beautiful cove, it is equipped with solar cells, and the warm water is heated solely by solar energy. Pet friendly accommodation - only by prior arrangement with us.
Property is accessible only by boat. Distance from the nearest place is 4 km. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, lovely terrace with furniture, BBQ spot.
Bedroom: 1 x double bed, wardrobe.
Additional bed: foldable armchair inside the living room which is suitable for smaller person or a child for up to 1.7 meters tall.

Heaven
The place is a haven of peace! It is beautiful, a small isolated house built by the owner surrounded by vegetation with the sea for only access. Imagine a secluded house with no noise if not the waves. The sea is transparent with green and turquoise blue colors at 28 degrees!
The house is a beautiful work built on the hillside by the owner. 4 years of construction, a titanic job! He had to cut the stairs into the rock, then build the house which has various quiet corners, in the shade or in the sun, 2 terraces with the sea in panorama.
We were a couple and we loved it.
A water restriction is mandatory in this place but that's not a problem, there is all the necessary comfort. It is an ideal place if you are looking for tranquility, the simplicity of life, nature and THE SEA!
We will return !

Amazing!
Amazing place with a beautiful view.
The house is cozy and has a magnificent outside area with a private access to the sea side.
You need a boat to arrive to the property which for us was a nice and unique experience because we (couple) were completely alone and we had max privacy.
The owners of the house were really nice and always available to help for anything we needed!
Tonci also was super nice, helping us to rent a boat and other things we needed!

Peace and quiet
We had a lovely stay, the house has a great garden/park and our kids loved running around it. There is one easy beach space to find around 1km from the house (pebble beach and easy access to the warm sea) and two others, we might divulge the secrets but it could be more fun to find them yourselves!
Our host gave lots of great tips about restaurants and activities in the region, we followed them all and enjoyed them all - you should definitely go to the Kala in Povlja, great people and lovely sardines...
The house has everything you need, no luxuries though and so maybe bring a fan or something like that for the hot August evenings and maybe some extra towels to avoid washing? No complaints though, one of our best family holidays and we were more than happy.

Bellissima vacanza
Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per la sua semplicità e come previsto ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una settimana di pace in mezzo alla natura e a due passi dal mare.

Nice and calm place in pure nature
We had a great stay. A car is highly recommended because it takes a while to get to the apartment. But it's worth it. The accommodation is located on a nice and calm place in pure nature. It's ideal to relaxe and get some peace, but nothing for people who want to get around every day. The robinson house is pretty simple but equipped with all the stuff necessary. The communication was very easy going and we got a warmhearted welcome.
