The Holiday home

The spectacular patio of this house offers a wonderful salt pool which sizes 5x3 metres and has a 1.5 metres depth. You can sunbathe around the pool, one one of the sunbeds after a relaxing dip. You can also have a shower outside if you just want to refresh. Under the porch, you can have breakfast at the lovely table while planning what to do the rest of the day in the island. The house is within the village and there are neighbours around.

This great restored in a wonderful style house features 500 m2 and two floors. Nowadays elements and comforts easily melt with traditional features like the wooden beams, the stoned walls, the Majorcan architecture traditional arch or the hydraulic tiles. From the patio we enter the beautiful living room where you can rest on one of the armchairs while watching the satellite television. It also offers a little dining table for 4 people. Then you enter the amazing kitchen which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave or a dishwasher among others. Besides, you can have lunch or dinner all together at the great table for 10 people. Of course, the kitchen also has access to the patio and it presents old and beautiful details like the well, the stoned wall or the wall embedded bottle rack. The house also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The two first bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first bedroom offers two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has one double bed and a clothes rack. A modern shower bathroom completes this floor. Some majestic stairs lead us to the first floor. There, you will find a second living room where you can also rest and relax while watching TV (no satellite TV) or reading a book. The rest of the bedrooms are on this floor. The first bedroom has twin beds, a clothes rack and an original en-suite shower bathroom. The second one has a double bed, a clothes rack and an en-suite shower bathroom. The last bedroom offers twin beds, a clothes rack and an en-suite shower bathroom, equally original. From this last bedroom you can access the first floor terrace where you will find another porch where the little ones can play while having a snack. This house also offers built-in AC and central heating.

Algaida is a quiet villa in the centre of the island where you can relax and disconnect in your well-deserved vacation. You will find the basic services as well as some shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You can visit the street market on Friday and acquire local products. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma, only 19.6 km away. If you are a golf lover you can visit Son Gual course only 13.3 km from the house. The mount of Randa is another must-visit, in order to admire the great views over the island.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
