Contemporary house, two floors, total 220 m2. Four apartments, private 30 m2 large pool, lovely sea view. Distance from the nearest pebble beach is 250 meters and 450 meters from the center. Four parking spots.
Staff lives on the ground floor which is on the opposite side of these two floors and with whom you share only the entrance from the street.

It doesn't get any more perfect than this!
We spent a wonderful week at Villa Lovric. The apartment and the entire building are very modern and lovingly furnished and extremely clean. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings! There are always enough towels, extra towels for the pool, detergent, toilet paper, toiletries in the bathroom and very extensive equipment in the kitchen.
We received a very warm and personal welcome and benefited from personal recommendations from the owner of the house about restaurants, beaches and excursions. She always had an open ear and time for our concerns or a conversation.
The communication beforehand also went smoothly. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the promenade of Makarska. Supermarkets, some restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Since the apartment is quite high up, the way back is sometimes a bit strenuous - but that didn't bother us. We really liked the peace and quiet up there :) Makarska is a great starting point for activities in the whole region.
We are thrilled and recommend this accommodation 100%. We are already looking forward to seeing you again!

Super equipped new build house
We rented the house with a larger group and we had flat 3, so we are only talking about our experience here (2 pers.). The house is located in Makarska in a new housing estate and has two underground garages. Apartment 3 is equipped with one bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a balcony. It is attractively furnished and also has everything you need for living. There is a washing machine (with detergent), kettle, toaster, coffee machine, clothes horse and even a steamer (for ironing). The furniture and the inventory are completely new. App 3 is perfect for a married couple or a couple. If there are three of you, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room. On arrival, the owner showed us around the house and explained everything
The communal facilities include a gym, sauna, table football, a large furnished terrace (with TV and Netflix access), barbecue area with dining table and chairs and a swimming pool filled with salt water. Towels are also provided. The owner is happy to recommend what to do in your free time and where to go for a nice meal. There is a wide choice of bars, cafes and restaurants in the town centre. As the way back is very uphill, we recommend a taxi for those who are not fit.
The city of Dubrovnik is definitely worth seeing and can be reached in 2.5 to 3 hours by car. The advantage is that there are no cruise ships due to Corona and it is not as crowded as usual (lucky :-) ). No negative test is required to pass through the Neum corridor. The beautiful city of Mostar (in BiH) can also be reached in 1.5 to 2 hours by car and is worth a trip. You should also plan a day trip to the island of Bol with its beautiful beach.

Super modern and stylish.
The area was quiet and everything you need was close by.
Especially the fact that the accommodation has garages makes things easier.
Anita was wonderful and very helpful.
She always helped with any questions.

Best Stay ever!
Anita and Mato are such lovely hosts. We really enjoyed our stay in their apparment in Makarska. Everything was perfect in the room and really well furnished!
The building is brand new and the swimming pool with salted water was perfect for our baby.
They‘re still available for helping so that the guest have a great stay in their apparments.
We‘re already planning our next stay there because they are the best hosts we ever met! We can highly recommend Anita & Mato

panorama fantastico
La nostra vacanza è stata perfetta. La casa si trova in una posizione incredibile , si può ammirare il mare da tutte le terrazze e le finestre ,il panorama è veramente uno spettacolo. Noi eravamo 8 adulti e 4 bambini e la comodità per ogni famiglia di avere il suo appartamento e nello stesso momento , avere la possibilità di condividere gli spazi comuni è stato veramente ottimale . E la piscina.... un vero toccasana dopo una giornata di mare. Grazie Tonci per la tua accoglienza e gentilezza!

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful pool, perfect for a dip after a day at the beach, 2 beaches are in walking distance. Sumartin was an easy walking distance down a steep hill. The village was lovely and tranquil, with a good choice of restaurants and bars. The host could not have done more for us. Highly recommended

Great house with an amazing pool.
Great house with an amazing pool. We rented the whole house and it was perfect for us and our family. It was walking distance to the village and realy close (250 meters) to a fantastic beach. The host was always close by if we had any questions or needed ny help. I can realy recomend this place.
